Excellent experience for such a painful subject. Had filed my taxes using turbo tax for over 40 years. I ran into a little snafu and messaged Ms. Sharkey online, received a response later that afternoon, set up an appointment in that same conversation. She was punctual, efficient, very well versed and explained the snafu and did my taxes. A complete pleasure for such a stressful task. I decided to come back next year and every year from now on. Great Experience.
