Ever go somewhere and you feel like your business wasn’t wanted? That’s the energy I got here. Dr. Sherman is a decent enough doctor but his secretary, Rachel, left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

Extremely thorough and explains clearly and patiently. The office/appt set up is a bit weird. They do everything through text. Also, don’t think I got a reminder text or call, but it wasn’t really that big of a deal since I remembered and reached out to confirm. Overall worth it because he’s a great doctor.

Dr. Sherman and Ms. Rachel exceeded my expectations.
I reached out to the clinic for an appointment for my son. First thing that impressed me was the doctor himself answered the phone as it was the lunch break for the practice. He took my details and then Ms. Rachel texted me asking me to fill out all the documentation. I was asking for a miracle as I needed an appointment the same day or the next day.
Ms. Rachel was very patient with me and tried about a 100 options to get my son in for the same day. She did what was impossible.
When I went there as a first timer, I couldn’t believe that Dr. Sherman noted every single detail and patiently listened to our questions and concerns and took time to share all the details to us. Never was in a hurry to see the next patient. I must say he’s very knowledgeable and a dedicated person. Highly recommend the practice.
They are very prompt in answering to your texts and returning your calls.

Dr. Sherman is very thorough and kind, and he explains everything behind what he is doing - it was a wonderful change from every apathetic Optometrist I have ever seen before! Rachel at the front desk was also very kind and accommodating regarding scheduling issues, and was able to offer me cancelations to try and get me seen sooner. I will most certainly be coming back.
