In December 2024, we purchased a 2024 Pacifica and have encountered no issues with the vehicle. Keith was exceptionally kind and thorough in explaining the van features and financing options. Both Keith and the finance team kept us informed as needed. On the final day of purchase, Keith provided hands-on instructions. Julia was excellent in finalizing the paperwork, and the other staff members demonstrated professionalism both over the phone and in person.

SCAMMED MY MOTHER FOR $700 dollars! They said they needed the money to be prepaid for the part and then scammed my mother KNOWING she had an extended warranty! Highway robbery! Absolutely disgusting and awful customer service

Keith Bradford and the team at MobilityWorks gave me my freedom back. In 2024, I had a peroneal nerve complication that left me unable to drive my car with my right foot. In the span of less 7 days, my family and I heard back from Keith, had a left-foot accelerator pedal installed and I was driving again. The whole team was pleasant and kind to work with. Every time I get behind the wheel, I'm so grateful!

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica conversion minivan from MOBILITYWORKS in Highland Park, NJ location in December of 2023. Shortly after driving off the lot, a code for the air bag appeared on the display. To this date, the dealership has failed to fix the issue. We have been told numerous reasons why, including the dealership needed a special code machine to read the errors, the vehicle needed a special battery, etc. What I do know for sure, is the service department does not return my phone calls. I have left numerous messages and do not get a reply. I am prepared to take this complaint to a higher level. I am appealing to the corporate office as one last attempt to get this problem rectified. FYI, I spent 32 years working in a vehicle dealership. I was the corporate trainer for 13 years teaching young men to become equipment technicians. Please don't try to confound me with anymore foolish reasons why this cannot be repaired.

I come into Jersey at least 5 times a year and every time I come, I reserve with mobility works. Their service has always been top tier and I have never had an issue with any reservation. Julia has always been my POC at the Highland Park location and she is absolutely wonderful, exceeding expectations every experience!

Steve, from the beginning was very polite, professional and informative of which stairlift would best suit our church in Brooklyn. Communication was always solid and there were zero issues at all til completion of the project. Earnest, was also detailed and diligent when scoping and installing. Both highly intelligent and professional people! Very highly recommended!

I met Keith Bradford about 5 years ago when my mom became wheelchair bound. My family and I had no idea what we needed. I called mobilityworks and I thank God that Keith picked the phone up. He helped us so much. He provided guidance, advised us and sometimes gave us an ear to just listen about our concerns and lack of knowledge. He helped us pick the perfect car at the time and we were able to make my mom feel as normal as possible. We have kept in touch over the years. Throughout the pandemic he reached out several times to see how we were all doing and he even delivered the wheelchair restraints to my home that we needed for my mom. A few days ago we decided we needed a newer car I reached out to Keith and once again he was there to guide us and make my mom feel as good as possible. We were able to get a car with everything that my mom needed for her condition. He surprised her at home by delivering the car to her. I highly recommend him for all your needs. My family and I thank him soo much for all his help.

Their service and Mobility works at this location is horrible I went in for three fittings and the day of pick up the car was not ready waited an hour and 45 minutes for them to get ready before I went out with the driving instructor. The bank paperwork wasn’t done properly lotta mistakes. Send me home on empty with no gas. I have bought three handicap vehicles and Mobility works is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend to friends or family. And on top of that they only have one bank lender when they should have a couple. I put $1000 down payment on this vehicle and the vehicle was driven 200 miles when it was only supposed to have 6 miles and I have no answer on why the car has 200 miles from anyone and where I purchased a vehicle. Sliding door what doesn’t work properly downhills, when the car was handed to me they were‘s things loose on the head controls that controls the brake and the gas, airbag seat on passenger side is not working wasn’t told how the buttons in the car for the handicap adaptions work. It’s really a shame I had a bad experience with this company. To all my handicap people I went a month ago to the MobilityWorks in Highland Park, New Jersey. I’ve been having a lot of problems with this dealership in my vehicle. The main chair that comes with the vehicle when the easy lock is installed it’s supposed to work if you need the option to drive out of the wheelchair but unfortunately, the seat does not fit with the easy lock in May. I went to the dealership to see what was going on with the seat fitting with the easy lock. The main mechanic told me I had an option. I could either remove the easy lock and drive from the regular seat or I can leave the easy lock in and forget about the driver seat that goes in there. They’re telling me that this is not under the warranty they not check everything they needed to before they handed me the vehicle and sold I don’t understand how they can sell you something that does not work that you might need. If you can’t drive from your Wheelchair all I’ve had is bad experience with the general manager and the main mechanic manager. The main manager was very rude and very disrespectful because I went around him to speak to somebody else that was higher than him. I went back to the shop to see if I could fix the problem because I thought I was speaking to the Highland Park higher manager, but unfortunately over there they don’t know who is higher than who I’ve just had a bad experience buying a vehicle from MobilityWorks they’re unreliable unfriendly. So please be aware when you buy a vehicle make sure everything works before you sign them papers with this company. Now I feel like I have to turn to news outlets to help me with this problem. I won’t let them get away with that. Everything should work when you buy a vehicle, plain and simple my handicap people please be aware of this dealership.
