Please run away !!!DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! Everyone is rude and can’t not do their job!! The bank is set up to take as much money as possible and then penalize you for their mistakes!!! I’m taking my 6 figures else where!! Please do the same

A small, very traditional bank branch. My children started their savings accounts at age 6 when the bank offered $5 per essay or art piece up to $50 towards a passbook account and an introduction to saving. The staff are long-timers and friendly. Services are nothing special and the hours are the industry standard - limited for those who work traditional jobs. I am not sure why banking has not caught up with the times.

Terribly incompetent branch manager. They canceled my account with no notice or so much as contact. The balance left on the account they sent via regular mail without any certification that it was received. Then it took two people, including the manager Charlotte, to figure out how to stop a check they wrote. Apparently Charlotte doesn't know about phone/email or simply doesn't think it's necessary to contact clients when closing accounts. Do business here at your own peril.

I do all my banking here. I love the personal service. It's a small regional bank, with good modern conveniences--an app, online bill pay, no ATM fees for any ATM, very low mortgage rates.
