This was my first time visiting the Highland Park Branch. It took over half n hour and 2 people to close 1 IRA. The assistant manager (Tiffany) looked like she didn’t want to help and the banker (Binisha) didn’t know how to close the IRA. I wasn’t given a signed copy of the distribution form. Now I have to call and have them mail me a copy another inconvenience. Employees should be trained so customers don’t have to wait so long to close an account especially when your the only customer in the entire branch.

I needed to open a new checking account and was serviced by an assistant manager Tiffany. She was a complete pleasure to assist me in what I needed. She was thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel the way a small bank should be. If you need a new account go visit Unity today.

If I could provide more than 5 stars I would. This is a true community bank. Hats off to Cathy (assistant Manager) who goes beyond to be helpful. She is such an asset to Unity. I have been a customer of Chase for 51 years ( and a retired VP) and Unity helped me more than Chase did in opening an Estate Account. They also should be commended for their UCare program which greatly helps non profits.

Great customer service. I sent them a check by mail to transfer money from my account by mistake, I called them to ask them to void the check, they called me back when they received the check and voided it for me. I’ve been using this bank for over 20 years and they always gave me great service. I recommend this bank to anyone.

I find Unity Bank to be very convenient and easy to do business with. I don't feel like a number when I'm there like the big National Banks. Although I always had a good experience, it seems as if the overall staff has upped their game since the new manager Julie is there. Keep up the good work!

Unity is a great small town bank. Great people and convenient hours. Walter is the best manager. Really make you feel welcome. Way above the other banks.

Bad experience !!!! I deposited in cash to my checking account by the atm the last friday 5 pm and this bank take three days to credit in my account caused me overdraft and charge for the same !!!!!!!!

There is something to be said about a small local bank. They know who you are, very friendly and unlike big banks if you have a problem they can help you here. I can use nationwide banks but I stick with unity bank for their friendliness and professionalism. I will only stop using this bank if the law their location but they are renovating so I am glad they wi be here for a long time
