I read the reviews for Shin Brothers Jewelers and they had great reviews and I didn’t know much about chains. I went in and met Mr. Shin and his team and they were awesome. The lady that helped me was friendly and taught me the differences between the links, widths, and lengths. She was the nicest lady and we had a great conversation while looking at chains. They took great care of an old veteran and provided the type of service that made you feel comfortable about making a large purchase. My wife loves it and she’s made it clear we will be going back there soon. It’s great when you find a place like this and you know this is where you’ll go for jewelry. I’ll be sending business their way.”
