One of the WORST pharmacies EVER! If it wasn't the closest to us, I'd go elsewhere! I requested a call back (the automated message said they would call back in 1 hour) 2 hours later they called, then left me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up. They obviously ignored me on hold or forgot they put me on hold. I tried calling back, they don't pick up the phone and no way to refill a prescription over the phone. THE WORST! They have a wrong name on the prescription, so can't renew it via phone or their app, which is ALSO the worst. I tell the app flag to keep me logged on and it ALWAYS logs me out. DISPISE THIS PHARMACY and their app stinks!
UPDATE: I had to go into the store to get the prescription problem resolved. I'll give them two additional stars for the technician doing her job and resolving the problem.

This was an unacceptable experience that resulted in me having to return to CVS three times. I ordered two prints online and received an email saying they would be ready in about an hour (12:47pm). I went to CVS to pick them up a little over two hours later. I was told that they did not print because the machine was not functioning but the person at the front said they would fix it and to return in half an hour. The person expressed no concern that things were not ready and did not apologize for the inconvenience once. When I returned, a second person told me that the initial person put a roll of paper on the machine but did nothing further and my picture still had not printed. He then spent about 20 minutes trying to get the machine to work. He apologized multiple times and called the original person, who I believe was the store manager to help him. The store manager (who did nothing to expedite the process again did not apologize once for this even though it was clearly his fault when he knew the machine was not printing and was the one who told me the prints would be ready 30 minutes later. It is poor customer service and again, he accepted no responsibility and did not apologize or express any concern once. Once the prints came out, one was wrinkled and almost ripped so they had to be printed again, forcing me to return a third time to pick it up.

Horrible store. The middle age white guy at the counter has the worst costumer service I have ever encounter. No idea how he still has a job.

While this pharmacy is always very busy; the staff is incredibly hard working, helpful, and caring. The pharmacy team is truly always going above and beyond to help customers, even when tough situations arise. I appreciate all they do - 5 stars well earned!

This pharmacy team is amazing, they have for been unfortunately short staffed and stressed a lot sadly but they still make a huge effort to be happy and helpful with their customers. Jerry is wonderful leader. Ever since he arrived there was such a wonderful shift in the atmosphere there. He's really turned things around in my opinion. They are deserve a bonus, or raise or gifts ; lots and lots of gifts!!! Remember corporate, without people like them on the floor, you'd be nothing. Show your appreciation, they deserve it!!

Six-Star Service at Highlands, New Jersey CVS!
I can't say enough wonderful things about the CVS in Highlands, New Jersey! Pharmacist Jerry absolutely deserves a six-star rating for his dedication and helpfulness. He went above and beyond the call of duty to secure medication for us, tirelessly coordinating transfers with another CVS all the way in Connecticut.
Loretta, the lead team tech, was equally fantastic. Professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about her work, she's building a new team that promises to be amazing!
Even under pressure, Jerry and Loretta were the epitome of composure and kindness. They never let on the challenges they might have been facing while ensuring we received exceptional service. (This review is long overdue, but their incredible service stuck with me!)
Thank you, Jerry and Loretta — and the rest of the team members! You're a shining example of what exceptional customer service looks like.

Spend $30 get $10 ExtraBucks reward was not honored, even though I spent over $40 for 2 items. Only the lower priced item was recognized as part of the offer ($13.49), and therefore CVS failed to accept over $30 in purchases. (Never mind the fact the online price given was $36.79 for a knee brace, but in the store it was $46.99!!).EDIT: The manager in the store VERY helpfully short-circuited the whole issue of the $10 ExtraBucks by refunding the cost if the second item ($13.49) which very much compensated me satisfactorily. KUDOS TO CVS!

The staff is fine, the service is fine, the selection is good, the pharmacy and minute clinic are great, BUT the prices are inflated and unreasonable. $15 for face lotion that used to be $12 and is $9.50 on Amazon. Ever since Harman/Face Values closed, prices at CVS have climbed and climbed. I’ll pay $12, but not $15. Hello Amazon.
