“I placed an online order on a Friday afternoon for a large bouquet/gift basket, and followed up by phone call immediately thereafter. Amanda, who answered the phone, was already on top of it. She was friendly and upbeat, and went over my preferences in detail to ensure the final product was exactly what I wanted. It was ready to be picked up in less than two hours, and everything about it exceeded my (high!) expectations for size, design, and presentation. As another local small business, I truly appreciate the effort that goes into providing this level of customer service. Highly recommend!”
