Great people and great location. They know exactly what’s needed to keep my older Contender / Yamaha in perfect shape. Great experience here and look forward to many more seasons.

Had my engine winterized in the fall and tuned in the spring. When I went to take it out there was no oil in the engine. Cannot think of much worse than that.

Really can’t say more about how Gateway has continued to show up for me when I need them over the last three years (when it’s been often difficult to get a call back or service within a couple weeks from anyone in the marine industry). Great people that will do whatever it takes to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. Of everyone I deal with on the water, Gateway stands out.

The Gateway Marine team are honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating.I have been using them to maintain my Yamaha outboard for the past six years and couldn't be happier with their service. Trisha at the front desk, Jimmy their mechanic, Todd, and the rest of the team are a pleasure to deal with. I keep coming back because they treat me fairly and go above and beyond with their customer service. I recommend them to anyone that values being treated honestly and fairly.

Terrible customer service. Sent over 10 emails regarding purchasing a new boat engine. They stall and stall and only want $$$$$ for a deposit and give no idea when an engine e will come in. Been two years and still waiting. Don't use these guys, a clown show!

Their season runs from April 15 to October 15 so if you like late season stripers you're sadly out of luck! With that season, you're actually required to start paying for it by December of the preceding year so by the time the season starts you've already paid for 9 months. As I had moved away it wasn't feasible to keep my boat there so I sold it and removed it 18 June, or two months in. You would think that there'd be some refund but no, promised but never delivered. I even got an invoice for the April '22 season! When the forklift broke down and they were waiting for parts to repair for nearly 4 weeks (not their fault) I couldn't put my boat in for nearly a month and there was no compensation for that either. They'll nickel and dime you using $'000s. Good location but there are other marinas in Highlands that I'd use before Gateway!

Capt. Dick is a member of the proud family at this company. We were very happy to do business with him as he was honest knowledgeable and very friendly. If you looking to get out on the water this summer go see him today.

I have a yamaha outboard that needed parts and the desk woman was amazing in several occasions. They make me feel comfortable, they are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend.

One of the best locations for a marina. Close to Bahrs.

Horrible owners and difficult staff. Have yet to see my boat in the water yet and it’s April 26th, it is ridiculous that they can prioritize certain clients which must be the case and I didn’t see any reason not to have my boat in the water right now. Steer clear, this place is trash.
