“Service with a smile ; even on a Sunday! Brian was very nice on the phone, arrived at our stranded vehicle before we did, and was extremely personable & professional . He was even familiar with our repair shop destination. We handed off the keys , and were worry-free. Reasonable price also a big plus. I had a horrible experience with my so-called "roadside assistance" yesterday . They never arrived , and left me stranded . This is proof positive that you should ALWAYS support local businesses!”

He didn't want me out there waiting after Progressive left me out there so long. As of today I won't go anywhere else locally. The owner couldn't have been more professional and helpful.
