I have been helped several times over the past year by Alex. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional in the job he does. He helps my 90 year old parents set up new phones as well as helped me when my phone got wet and I needed a new one. I can always count on him being kind and helpful! I'm very grateful.

Our experience with Alex at Boost Mobile in Hightstown NJ was the best level of service we have ever experienced. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had a very difficult time trying to get our old carrier to transferr our number to Boost. Alex worked diligently on this case for 2 weeks, putting in countless hours on the phone and the computer trying to rectify this issue. In the end he was successful, where most others would have thrown in the towel and given up. We cannot say enough about Boost Mobile in Hightstown and more importantly, their star professional, Alex. 5 stars all the way for Boost and Alex!!!

Very helpful! and knowldgeable. I bought my Samsung phone there about 5 years ago. Brought it back innumerable times and they always fix it free of charge.
