The guy who helped me to refill with my credit card charged me around 10 more dollars, it should be $3.05/ gallon for regular, but later I found out he charged me $4.15 per gallon. That’s ridiculous!

I came in Wednesday morning to buy a particular nicotine pen in which they do not sell the brand anymore. The guy at the counter recommended another brand I didn’t care for but I was in a hurry. I purchased for $12. Barely used during the day; by the end of the day the pen was blinking as if it was empty. I thought it was strange since I purchased that morning and barely used. Not satisfied with the product I had called the store to ask for a refund. I had explained to him that there is no way I used 2400 puffs in 6 hours. That the product doesn’t work or empty. I was not interested in the product, just wanted a refund. The man on the phone told me that he will exchange it for another one but I had explained to him I’m not interested in the product. Why would I want to replace it just refund my funds. He said no. As a customer of almost 9 years. Will not return due to extremely poor customer service. It’s sad. Just refund $12
