CHARGED ME 3% TO CASH OUT A CHECK WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF THE FEE. AFTER PROVIDING THE RECEIPT I ASKED TO SEE WHERE IN THE STORE IT WAS WRITTEN AND NONE OF THEM COULD SHOW ME A PROOF OF THE WRITTEN POLICY.
