Very very competent set of people who give any company service center a run for their money. These guys have done an awesome job on my car with the correct diagnosis and maintenance fixes that the company service center guys never figured out. Honest, responsible and very knowledgeable team at work here.

Tim is a great guy, super down to Earth, honest and efficient. I had a lot of issues going on with my 10 year old car, and I work in healthcare with no more days left to use for the year. He told me Monday we would have it done for you, the end. They stayed after hours to finish the car so I could have it for work Tuesday. They were honest about the issues that were going on and the prices were broken down and appropriate. Definitely recommend

Am out of state and got an unexpected flat tire. After calling AAA they connected me with American tire . From the beginning everyone from the tow driver to the American tire staff were kind and so very helpful . Quickly fixed the issue and got me on my way .

American Tire is an authorized U-Haul Rental dealer. I booked a U-Haul and American Tire was the authorized pick-up location. I arrived at American Tire and the U-Haul did not start I was on the phone with U-Haul for over two hours. The U-Haul representative told me that there was no truck available and I’d have to go to another location. This was about 8 o’clock at night and thankfully the owner of American tire Donna was working late on a Friday night and seen me outside and asked if there was anything I needed help with. She immediately called her husband Chris and made him aware that of my situation the owners of American Tire made sure that I had another U-Haul right away. The customer service provided by the owners of American Tire was top-notch, even though the onus of responsibility was on U-Haul. However, American Tire assumed responsibility for U-Hauls negligence. I’m very impressed at American’s Tire level of customer service. I was impressed with the customer service of American Tire down to the cleanliness of their bathrooms. Thank-you Donna and Chris. I even recommended American Tire to my mom; a place where she can not only rent a U-Haul and get her car serviced. Donna’s customer was so outstanding I would feel completely comfortable sending my 65 year old mother there alone to get her car serviced without that uneasy feeling she is being taken advantage of.

I rented a uhaul from this location for a one way trip of about 140 miles. I had a scheduled to be picked up and Tim had everything ready when I walked in the door. We had a problem with the first truck and they immediately sent out another one to our location and took the bad one away. Tim was great in helping me navigate the insurance claims portion of things with uhaul and always answered the phone with a positive demeanor and made calls immediately, not 'when I (Tim) have time' or anything like that. Made a bad experience much better. Would absolutely recommend this location because it's also easy to get to.

Highly recommend! I've been a loyal customer of American Tire for over 15 years. Recently, they diagnosed a problem with my recently purchased used 2018 Chevy Trax. They communicated every step of the way what their recommendations were for repair as it fell under a Service bulletin from manufacturer. Communication is so important to me and they were so good at calling me and letting me know quotes. As I was also a little past due for having filters replaced and an oil change, they were able to take care of it for me that day. Their exceptional service and attention to detail makes them my go-to repair center going forward. Highly recommend!!

Always helpful and work to fit you into the schedule. Have purchased tires at a fair price and have brought in my cars with flats that they have readily fixed. Trustworthy and fair.

Had an alignment done and was told that rear shocks were leaking badly and that the rear sway bar links were bad and needed to be replaced. Had components checked when I get my oil changed and was told that there was no issues with the rear components. After this I felt it necessary to have my alignment checked and was told that 3 wheels were out of spec. Needless to say I'm very disappointed by the service I received.
