They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating, and you can tell they really care about and love cats. Cats are given the best of care and love here. They have large, bright, airy rooms with tons of fresh air and spacious, clean enclosures or "condos" for the kitties to romp around and snooze in. Enclosures are often by a window where cats can lounge in the sun and bird-watch. Staff provide fresh food and water twice each day, with a variety of food options included in the price. They also provide extra toys to play with. The staff are experienced and value both the safety of the cats and themselves. They have been involved with rescue efforts, so they have the knowledge and patience to deal with cats that have special needs or socialization issues, never forcing a cat or taking behavior personally. They provide updates on how the cats are doing. Owners appreciate that their cats come home happy and well-socialized after a stay, making it a trusted choice for vacations.
