Initial account opening with private banker was fine after online appointment. Subsequent services mediocre, not transparent about hidden fees. Lack of transparency was misleading and brought them business did not merit.

The branch is on the edge of getting closed. They stopped offering most services. They are not accepting telling transactions, notaries, loans, etc. I'm not really sure what they still serve.

Update: Was finally able to get in touch with a banker at this branch, after dozens of calls. Really wish they were better with answering phone calls.

I have had great exp with chase bank prior moving to Hillsborough. this branch has nothing to offer. They don't deal in cash , if you ask any question from the staff there, they really don't want to help/guide. I was interested to get a business loan, asked for investment plan and till today I haven't received a call whereas I was told, I'll receive a call soon from one of her colleague. The staff not sure what they are busy with, ATM there would have done the job there. no need for the people or branch there. I had my interaction with Padmalata twice. had to cancel a meeting as I knew nothing productive would come up.

I have an account with Chase so I naturally went to try to open a landlord/tenant trust account. The first visit was to get the information as to what documents I needed to bring. The second visit, I was prepared with the documents, but George just copied my documents and told me that they will call me when they're ready. Tyler texted me wanting to know if it's OK to put in the date that was missing next to my signature. I still didn't receive the call three days later. I tried calling the Hillsborough office two times, but no one answers. I even tried to have the Chase central office call the branch with no success. So I went to the branch office that same day to find out about the status. There are hardly any customer in the office and yet they can't pick up the phone? The male banker knew nothing about my paperwork. On top of being rude, he shared that Tyler is gone until the following week. He tried calling George who made the copies. The banker started typing without any explanation. When I finally asked what he is doing, he said he is emailing George because he doesn't answer the phone! I walked out of the branch flabbergasted with the poor service and went straight to another bank across the street. I was able to open three accounts with this bank on the spot without even an appointment. Shame on Chase!

Banker didn’t open up my credit card properly resulting in confusion and potential lose of bonus points (100k). When waiting for this matter to be resolved I was told others have to be helped even though I waited for more than an hour after his mistake. I was left high and dry forced to deal with chase customer service overseas. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed

Every time I come to this location they always give me a hard time. Each visit the “policy” changes. No other chase gives me an issue. Hillsborough location needs to take a racial bias education training courses. I live in Hillsborough and would rather drive to the Somerville location then to deal with this branch again 3 strikes you’re out!

Apparently, this is a “cashless” location. Was told I could use the ATM. The ATM still has a limit. What’s the point of the building? Why don’t they just put an ATM in an empty parking lot? Looking forward to using the cash at the “groceryless” grocery store and the “gasless” gas station!

I agree with the reviews of others. This branch has no cash and cannot assist with anything. Basically just an ATM. What's the point of a bank without cash? I've never heard of such a thing. Even when I worked for another bank, the branches like this always had at least one cashbox for the customers.

Was told that I had to go to another location to withdraw money without an atm card. I have had great experiences with chase in other locations. Unfortunately i will not return to this location.

Terrible customer service! Don’t go to this branch. No tellers so you can’t do normal banking. They will not except any cash payments for your credit card bill. Don’t go there!
