“I have been a member here since 1990 and have seen many wonderful people come and go. But the service has never has suffered. In 1990, my father worked at IBM, which was close by to the NJ Gateway and he opened up an account for me and he would make weekly deposits for me.There were never charges for having certain amounts or balances in the account, and this policy stands to this very day. Everyone I have dealt over the years have grown with me, from regular saving and checking accounts, to an auto loan, to a line of credit in a needful time.I've only been to the physical location less than ten times, but the relationship and professionalism that we share via telephone is a shining example of of most financial institutions should treat their customers today.A lifetime member.
