I called to transfer a prescription and they ignored me being rude. Worst customer service experience ever.

Last night at 7pm on Fri Oct 13, 2023, I did not think the Pharmacy Manager was at all friendly. I had waited for a few minutes to be assisted at his counter. Him nor his staff showed interest to help me. I thought the Pharmacy Manager was arrogant and felt in-person customer service was not important. I eventually told him, that it was a shame that he is like that, as the staff at his counter, the night before on Fri Oct 12, showed the opposite by being friendly to me, unlike last night on Fri Oct 13. Thankfully eventually the staff who gave a Covid booster shot to me was friendly. The night before on Oct 12, the Front register Manager and her staff were friendly and professional beyond exception. When I told the Pharmacy Manager on Oct 13, on why could not he be friendly like the example of the Front Register Manager was on the night before, the Pharmacy Manager kept shaking his head, that he did not feel, he needed to be that way of friendliness at all.

Very Helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile. Dom and Rick are the best. They always help me when I need to find items. I know everything is crazy these days with staff shortages and I appreciate the kindness of the staff who are working. It cannot be easy for them.

I have been a customer of this CVS for many years but after this week I'm moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. One of my meds was due for automatic refill on 9/21/21, but it wasn't filled. I called the pharmacy to refill it on 9/27/21 and was told through their automated system that it would be ready for pick up later that day. It still wasn't filled. Today is 10/1/21 (4 days later) and I still don't have my prescription. I went to the pharmacy today and was told they have many customers and are doing the best they can. I let them know I have 1 pill left. I hope it is filled tomorrow since I will be out after tonight. This isn't the first time this ever happened to me and so they lost a loyal customer. Update 10/3/2021: I finally got my prescription filled today. I spoke to a different pharmacist who was concerned my order wasn't filled yet, so she finished it right away. It took her an entire 5 minutes! Thank you for your professionalism.

Great Pharmacy staff. Very friendly and accomodating. Store needed up dating, which was done recently. Sales staff eager to help. Very happy with the store. Definitely the feel of a neighborhood pharmacy rather than a corporate chain. Only wish they had longer hours for the pharmacy, especially on weekends.

I'm not a fan of this new "self checkout" model of CVS. Went in looking for cold drinks and the cooler had the bare minimum amount of beverages, so left empty handed. Place felt deserted, didn't see a single employee when looking to ask a question. When I was leaving I saw the sign at the entrance where they list the store hours, and hand-written next to the spot for next closest 24-hr CVS it said "plan accordingly". Maybe someone thinks they are funny, but it comes off rude and unprofessional.

I'm not going to question the negative reviews here, but I must say I have not had this experience @ this CVS. The Pharmacy and front of store staff have been pleasant and helpful to me. No issues with outdated product, no issues with prescription pricing. The types of problems noted here would be an issue for a consumer advocate to review, certainly not YELP. Walk away people, find another Pharmacy. I hope I never run into any of you miserable wretches while I'm waiting

Just went in to get DayQuil and nightquil. I also picked up mucinex. I grabbed the first ones I saw that were at the front of the display. I get home and open everything to find out they're expired. How can all 3 medicines that are the first ones customers will grab be expired?!? Do employees just stock shelves and not even check the dates?

CVS provided the price of the brand name prescription but instead substituted the generic. As soon as I got home and discovered this, I called the store. They refuse to refund my money. They told me that it is against the store policy to take back prescriptions once they are filled and that it is the customer's responsibility to check it before they leave the store.
