I’m so disappointed that I can not access my unit due to the snow because they have not plowed at all . We can’t even access the facility .
Someone needs to rectify this because you all look for payment exactly on the first of the month.
You all have to do better this is the second incident here.

..have had great experiences with the site manager Nicole & I really felt that she totally understood my needs & quickly & efficiently worked out for me what it was that I was looking for on several occasions now & has been that way since my our very first encounter & is a kind person as well..VERY PLEASED!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Nicole at Space Storage in Hillsborough, New Jersey. I had a few general questions, and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire phone interaction. Even though I haven’t visited in person yet, I already feel confident by her excellent customer service.

The store Manger always looks like she dose not want be bother. I think her name is Nicole. I would not rent there went to Cubesmart instead. They have better personalities and seem like they care not looking like they always mad and don’t want to attend to you or you’re bothering them. I would not recommend going to this place.

Was recently in the office. Nicole was so nice in helping me with my unit. She was very helpful and informative. I am sorry for leaving my AIR MATTRESS. She was best manager yet.

I came to Store Space Self Storage amd was warmly greeted by their front desk person Mihir. He was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable about how things operated. He took the time to show me the unit and was just all around a great person to work with.. What a pleasure. I highly recommend thos location . Awesome customer service.

I would give this five stars but took a star away because when we first rented from this storage space, climate control and temperature was just right, even on upper floors. But over time the climate control and temperatures got increasingly hotter, so we have complained to management about the broken fans and broken elevator. My daughter recently rented a space and it’s still miserably hot upstairs. However, managers and staff on site were really excellent and helpful to us.
