The two Challenger lifts installed by First Choice Automotive are excellent. The install by First Choice was perfect. All of the advice from the owner Joe Conte was on the money and resulted in a perfect result. The Challenger company rep, Brad Fleming was also an excellent resource and available. First Choice will truly be my first choice for any further work of this type.

I have been using First Choice for over 20 years. They always provide top quality service. They are also great to consult with when building a new shop for the most efficient use of space. Matt and Mike were the most recent crew from First Choice, they installed 6 new lifts, oil tanks, Lube reels and new air lines in my newest shop. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

Wow! It's the beginning of AC season and they got my AC machine in and out in only a few days. They fixed all of my issues and my machine is running like it did when it was new. The service writer (salesperson?) who I worked with was very detailed in his questions he asked before repairs and explanation of repairs when it was finished. Sent one of our guys to drop machine off and they said that process was quick and easy.

Recently purchased an auto lift, and Mike and the rest of the team at First Choice made the whole process quick and easy. Communication was clear and prompt, we showed up with a trailer, they loaded it up, and we were on our way.

The team was very responsive, helpful and efficient in moving one of my lifts to my new house and installing a new lift (so we now have 2 four post lifts). My general contractor ended up screwing up the footings on the older lift and First Choice came in to swiftly fix the issues and have me back up and running. Both lifts are holding cars now with no issues and we know who we will call in the future, Mike and the team are excellent.

If your looking for the best then your search is over bc I have been through many other repair services in the ten Yrs I have been in business and I’m happy I found a permanent solution for all my repair needs .
