The learning center is an amazing place for kids, with experienced teachers and an exceptional director, Ms. Ruma, who manages the center exceptionally well. Hillsborough JEI is an amazing learning center for my kids. It helped tremendously in their learning. Besides that, Ms Ruma is a super woman who manages this center really well. We applaud her responsiveness, flexibility and proactivenes.
