Excellent service, kind, professional and polite staff. Lou and his wife went above and beyond for us when it came to the selection, purchase and installation of carpet. They were very flexible with scheduling and so easy to work with. We were able to do everything over the phone from ordering to scheduling installation. Their install team was incredibly kind and polite during the installation and so FAST. They were done in less than an hour! Highly recommend!

A pleasure and delight working work with Lou and his wife at L & L Home Carpet in Hillsborough. Stopped in to request a visit & quote to remove carpeting and install wood floors. Within 2 weeks current floor matched, delivered and installed. Happy we could support a local business, happy with the floors and happy with the excellent service provided.

I called L & L Carpet to learn if they did surging for an existing carpet . Lew informed me that they did not, but took the time to look up the name and telephone number of a service who did do this. Needless to say, I was very impressed by his service.

We had great experience working with L&L carpet! CeCi and Lewis took time show me carpet options and even ordered samples sent to us so the whole family can see the colors and feel the texture where the new carpet will be installed. They made sure the carpet were delivered on time so they can be installed before our new furniture was moved in. The installers came on time and completed the installation of whole upper floor within a day. The carpet is high quality and feels so soft. The price is very reasonable. We would recommend L&L carpet to anyone who look for new flooring.

L&L was the right choice. They were very flexible with all the options and changes we made throughout the quoting process. They were also very accommodating with precautions with COVID. The installers were efficient, polite, clean and professional. They had my entire second floor and stairs complete before lunch.

My wife and I are so happy with Louis's installation. We have done not one, but five different installation in our new house with Louis. We wanted to place new flooring in the kitchen along with new carpets for the staircase and bedrooms plus carpets for the basement stairs. What started with new flooring with the kitchen extended to the rest of the living room because everyone loved the floor in the kitchen. Everyone who came to our place complimented the quality and beauty of the new floors and kitchen. They loved the arabesque designs on the carpet as well. A few weeks later, my wife and I knew we had to finish the rest of the house with Louis because of quality of flooring and workmanship. He clearly showed patience in working with me and my wife and and we both agreed his workmen are top-class. Each time they came, they did quality work, were polite and cleaned up before they left. When it came to finishing the basement floor, Louis worked with me a number of flooring options to work within my budget. Thank you so much.
