Absolutely disgusting. My fiance just went for blood work. The nurse who drew the blood touched the bloody garbage can and proceeded to stick her for blood work with contaminated gloves. Train your med techs to be cleaner.

Place looked dirty. Being a healthcare facility, place should have been spic and span. They also should enforce hygiene for phlebotomist. Had to remind her to change her gloves. Will not go back!

Every time I go here for an appointment the ladies at the front desk are rude. I took my son to have lab drawn and they were talking in their language and being rough with him. I told the tech I will hold his arm and assure my everything will be ok. I rather drive to the location in bridgewater.

Does not even deserve one star. Vastly understaffed, and hostile receptionist (who you do not want as your phlebotomist). Checked people in until there were 8 people in line waiting to have blood drawn by one person, and when receptionist started drawing blood also, 14 people filled the waiting room. People with appointments had to clamor to get their blood drawn within a half hour of their appointment.

Been going here several times and this is my first time encountering this black lady phlebotomist who asked me to stepped out the room without seeing my sample being labeled with my names. As a patient it is my right to make sure my samples are being labeled and handled correctly to avoid name discrepancy when it reach the labs. I work at a lab and i know how it works. Please train your people the right way given the fact labcorp mission is to SAVE LIVES!!

Poor management. Don’t even for a single star. Today I went to the lab for my kid’s blood work. I reached at 2:15pm and they said lab is closed at 2:00pm. It was a storm very hard to reach at the lab this idiot said lab is closed. They don’t care for other’s time. They are just hungry for money. They don’t know how to do the business. Such a as* h*l*. They don’t want to change business hours on the google also. Google is showing 2:30pm is closing. Totally uneducated guys.

I've been here a number of times and usually there is no issue... But yesterday I waited over 30 minutes as a walk-in. I understand that priority is given to those with appointments, but at some point they should have squeezed me in - otherwise why even offer the option to be a walk in?! They called back so many patients who arrived long after me and there was NO communication until I finally asked what was going on and if they would ever call my name. It was very frustrating as I kept thinking "ok, the room is empty, SURELY I'll be next" and then someone new would arrive and be called back immediately. I've been to other labs that were so much more efficient than this place.

Customer service is horrible. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I wasn’t even there for an appointment. I was simply dropping off a prescription for my mother.

The staff at this location is very friendly and professional, if you have an appointment the process is much faster but walk ins are not terrible either.I would recommend this location if you are doing bloodwork for kids, my experiences with my kids have been far more pleasant since we starting going here.

The lab and the staff are very pleasant. Aliya I have seen often getting routine lab work. She is by far the only person I have ever experienced and is so extremely gentle. I am 75 and am very grateful they employee her.

Use Quest! Multiple attempts to get service in multiple offices.Website allows for bookings after office hours. Unfortunately I found this out after I rearranged my day to drive there. Office closes too early. Waste of trip to another location further away as the Lab in my town also closes too early. and when I took the time to show up there during office hours thery were temporarily closed. Will get a new script for Quest.
