“Not really sure why this place has low ratings comparatively. This has become my routine bloodwork place since 2020 and never had a long wait time. Nicest thing about this location is they’re open on Saturdays and with an appointment of 7:00am morning, I always walk out of the lab by 7:10am. Better than fasting and waiting at doctors office until 9 or 10am. Just make sure you schedule your appointment much in advance to secure a spot.”

“I'm not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. Everyone I've met there either in the pharmacy or not has been so nice and accommodating. Yes sometimes you have to wait in the drive through a little while but can you blame them? They're helping customers inside, you can literally see them running around in there, it's not like they are sitting on their phones ignoring you. And when they do come to the window they're always super apologetic if it's taken a while. These other reviews just seem like entitled people who will stomp their feet and say "GIVE IT TO ME! NOW" like a toddler. Relax.”

“Excellent lab for the covid test. Helpful customer service before and after the test. They have provided quick and descriptive answers to my multiple questions before and after the test. Helped in insurance coverage. Results were provided on the same day or quick service with no hassle. My parents were flying on Sunday and, they were there for us. With them I had peace of mind that I may not have with other lab. Don't look further, this is the lab I will recommend highly.”

“I had an appointment at the quest in Warren for 1:30. I showed up, did the sign in from my phone then proceeded to the entrance to find it locked. A few other people with appointments showed up too. After I called the main number I was told to sit tight it should not be closed. 40 mins later and another phone call , a really nice woman on the phone got me an appt for the bound Brook location. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Marsha, Joy and Ingrid were so nice and professional and friendly. They turned an unpleasant experience ( at the other location) into a very pleasant one. From now on I will make my appts at the bound Brook location… thanks for making my day better!”

I was having a terrible time yesterday reflecting and worrying about something I am going through she took the time to listen and advise me. She’s very unique.
