“Been coming here for years no issues. Yes there will be a wait time of 30-40 min maybe even an hour if you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Some people think the staff is being rude my prioritizing appointments, but as a patient if I booked an appointment a whole week ahead of time, then I expect to be seen at that time. I had an appointment today at 11am, checked in and left by 11:17am people were mad they were waiting in line because they walked in over 39 minutes ahead of me, with no appointment. But that’s how appointments work in my opinion, if you want to be seen quicker book an appointment online it’s not that hard; the website walks you through it.Also I see people saying the staff is rude? The staff has never been rude to me, they just speak very direct as they should because sometimes people want to act entitled to certain things and that’s not how that works.”

“The staff at this location is very friendly and professional, if you have an appointment the process is much faster but walk ins are not terrible either.I would recommend this location if you are doing bloodwork for kids, my experiences with my kids have been far more pleasant since we starting going here.”

“I'm not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. Everyone I've met there either in the pharmacy or not has been so nice and accommodating. Yes sometimes you have to wait in the drive through a little while but can you blame them? They're helping customers inside, you can literally see them running around in there, it's not like they are sitting on their phones ignoring you. And when they do come to the window they're always super apologetic if it's taken a while. These other reviews just seem like entitled people who will stomp their feet and say "GIVE IT TO ME! NOW" like a toddler. Relax.”

“I had an appointment at the quest in Warren for 1:30. I showed up, did the sign in from my phone then proceeded to the entrance to find it locked. A few other people with appointments showed up too. After I called the main number I was told to sit tight it should not be closed. 40 mins later and another phone call , a really nice woman on the phone got me an appt for the bound Brook location. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Marsha, Joy and Ingrid were so nice and professional and friendly. They turned an unpleasant experience ( at the other location) into a very pleasant one. From now on I will make my appts at the bound Brook location… thanks for making my day better!”
“Oh my gosh! GREAT place....people are knowledgeable, care, have positive personalities and great skills. What else could you ask for? I have been to other urgent care facilities before that were NOT CityMD and wow the experience was not even 1/2 as good as this. Hope you don't need urgent care, but if you do, go here!!”
