“Went to the store today to look into getting some new shades only to be greeted and helped by the assistant manager Dominique! She is awesome! She told me all the differences between the pairs of glasses Oakley makes, gave me the greatest demonstration as to why Oakley is a superior brand compared to others, and overall was lovely to work with! If you need new sunglasses or anything Oakley related, ask for Dominique cause you don’t be disappointed with the service she provides!”
“The best experience I have ever had buying a suit. Doing this as a larger gentleman can be embarrassing and tough. This was anything but. Sales associate Alex was quick and professional and took my preferences into account. Clearly a pro, his off the cuff suggestions were perfect and the fitting for a shirt took no time at all. There is no substitute for experience. I will be back to check out everything else they have to offer.”
“My son is going to Night to Shine next month, and we went today to get him a tuxedo. Wow!!! The moment you walk in, you are treated by kind and extremely professional men. Everyone who works there is phenomenal! They actually have 2 store fronts on Main Street. There was a group of men there together getting fitted for a wedding in March. The game was on, and Champagne was offered to everyone while you were there. What a truly great experience, and my son was so happy. He is going to look amazing for the event. The price point was perfect too!”

“This is a fun Hot Topic for sure. Being like a more PG Spencer’s, of course they have to have more cartoon-specific merchandise and that they do! Lots of exciting inventory and very clean facility. Unless it’s super busy it seemed there was a decent amount of space to move around and browse.”

“I was shopping for makeup in Macy's. I met Priyam at the Mac counter while needing assistance. Priyam was very helpful, and it was a pleasure meeting her. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable, detailed and skilled at applying my makeup. She guided me through the process and I was very grateful for her help. I always look forward to seeing her upon my return to the store!”

“If I could give Qualeek 10 stars in this review I would. When I entered the store this past weekend, I needed help with a return and he was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Most of the time, returns take a while to process but Qualeek knew exactly what to do. He had wonderful customer service skills and was very attentive to my concerns / questions. He also gave me recommendations and let me know about the rewards program. I signed up and I am so glad I did. I will continue to come back to Express Bridgewater because of Qualeek, he excels at helping customers.”

He helped me pick out a shoe and since there was no more of those that I wanted, I got them shipped to my house. Also the selection was pretty big. There were many different colors at the store. “I would love to celebrate Tyler who was the first to greet me and was able to help me purchase the exact type of jeans I came in looking for. Tyler provided excellent customer service by going the extra mile to understand the exact fit of jeans I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable about the store inventory as well as the intended fit of each style. I want to thank Tyler for being so patient and informative by listening to my fit concerns and letting me know what my American Eagle options were. Historically jean shopping can be very frustrating but Tyler elevated my experience with their kindness and friendliness. I've learned so much more about AE jean sizing because of them. “I came for jeans and left with jeans, so I would consider my visit a success. I figured coming here would be easier (and maybe more affordable) than Macys, and I was indeed very happy with how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store. The store was tidy which was especially surprising considering we are in the holiday season. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, and the checkout line moved quickly. The manager was assisting at the registers. It was nice to see her supporting her staff in that way. To note, their store card expires after 6 months to 1 year if it remains inactive during that time.”

They did not have my size in an item I liked but mentioned that they could order it for me. When I was paying the sales associate asked if I wanted to place the online order. I thought the follow up was nice. I would return again.”
“This store isn't my style, but I went in their for the holiday for gifts for my family. The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. I definitely will be back and I'm in retail as well I think they set an amazing example and raised the bar with their customer service skills and great attitudes!”

“Was in here a week ago and was considering if this was the store that would be the best for me for what I may be looking for before navigating to the other similar store. Glad I came back as well as employer Jay assisting on his amicableness as well as reassuring me to take my time and always being available to me instead of pushing me nor making me uncomfortable while shopping!Loved my experience in there along with having Jay as my help. “This place was amazing. The owner was awesome. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great suit and nice pair of pants. This is not a cheap store. If you're looking for mass produced clothing, this is not your store. Be prepared to spend money but also know that you're getting what you paid for.”
“Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.”
“There aren't that many Pakistani clothing stores around, so I'm so glad there's J. They often have cute clothes for a somewhat reasonable price. Keep an eye out for their sales, which they seem to have here and there! Staff is okay (don't expect super friendly employees dying to welcome you and assist you). Overall a good store with decent outfits available for men, women, and children.”

Only concern is they don’t have deals in toys and beauty products.”
