If your planning to get catering for Thanksgiving from Hillsborough ShopRite please run away as fast as you canThis location totally embarrassed us for our Thanksgiving company lunch by forgetting to prepare our order. Claimed they received an email canceling the order but could not produce the email. Rushed and delivered us a Luke warm, incomplete meal over 60 minutes late and offered no apology and no refund on items paid for but not received.Stay Away!!!!!.

Friendly and helpful to check if meds are in stock. Saved me the hassle of going in, and kept me from wasting my doctor's time from sending a script for meds they don't have available.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is beyond rude. They will hang up on you on the phone before you get a word out. I have complained about them several times and same ol staff. Really…go get yours meds at the cvs or Walgreens. They are very pleasant and act like they care. ShopRite pharmacy will treat you as if you are a problem to them.

This store is an unpleasant place to shop . The ceilings are too low, the aisles are narrow and cramped and the lighting is awful. Would not go back !

Under pretty stressful conditions, these people are extremely helpful and friendly. They will go to great lengths to get your Rx at the lowest possible price, including reaching out to the doctor's office and insurance company.

Omg bought your bowl and basket wild caught frozen 4 pack salmon . It was excellent. Baked 375 oven 15 min wonderful.

On Feb 12, in the evening, in the front door lobby area, a contracted Asian male Asian window washer staff was verbally rude to me. He had water dripping all over the lobby floor, which floor covered from the outside door to the door one fully enters the store. Since professionally, I work with Seniors and with people with disabilities, I verbally suggested to this contracted Asian male Asian window washer staff, to dry the floor which was getting wet with a lot of heavy wet dripping, so no potential customer could possibly trip on the wet floor, whom maybe would walk in with a walker, etc and trip on this wet floor. This contracted Asian male Asian window washer staff verbally argued with me (myself, a female customer), that he did not have to dry the floor which was becoming very wet with water/soap dripping while he was cleaning the windows, while he was standing with boots on, on the wet floor himself. When I went inside to the front staff desk, I was told that the store main manager had already gone home, but the front desk male staff person agreed with me, that what the contracted Asian male Asian window washer staff told me, that he did not have to dry the floor while it was getting wet where people would walk, was inappropriate (and no safety walk sign was put in the lobby to tell people to be careful.) This helpful, professional front desk male staff person told me that he would tell store management on how the contracted Asian male Asian window washer staff talked to me as a customer. The contracted Asian male Asian window washer staff did not even bother to put a safety walk sign on the lobby floor, to alert people to be safe.

The worst experiences and extremely rude pharmacists. I’ve tried for a few days to pick up a prescription that may doctor had electronically sent in, we are now on our third time sending it in. After this we will be switching pharmacies, my doctors office has tried to get in contact with the pharmacist who refused to speak to them on the phone (they wanted to confirm that they got it) total disregard for the client. They also were extremely rude when we were asking them if they had it, which there was no reason for as we were trying to figure out if it was a system glitch and didn’t want to have to return back for the third time in two days

I have always found the staff very pleasant to deal with, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I know they are extremely busy dealing with doing the COVID vaccine, but they still do the best with what is before them. Thank you Hillsborough Pharmacy for all your help over the many years.

I've been shopping here on a weekly basis for many years. Employees work hard and most are genuinely nice doing a largely thankless job. Store layout is aggravating, with too many standalone displays always in the way, esp on weekend when store is too crowded - have they stopped counting customers amid the pandemic? Stock is unpredictable (read: start to like something and they will stop carrying it - and no, I'm not talking about staples where supply might be limited due to COVID), and deli counter is beyond under-staffed. Finally - the website - I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Why on earth do you need to log in to check if the store even carries an item? Why get stuck in a 1-HOUR waiting queue for online grocery ordering to even enter the site or order from the deli? If a Wegman's were to ever come to town, I would drop this store in a heartbeat.

ShopRite has recently undergone renovations and added additional self-checkout lanes. They have an excellent selection of brands and are well stocked. Prices are extremely reasonable and the frequent sales and coupons allow frugal shoppers to make the most of their dollars. I applaud ShopRite for having a large vegan food selection. I hope they continue adding brands to their vegan line-up. The staff is also very friendly and quick to help with any questions.
