I currently own a property and wanted to switch insurance companies but wasn’t sure which option would be best for me. My agent Mauricio was very straight forward in explaining which options would be best and which options wouldn’t be a good fit for what I was looking for. Mauricio is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly. He not only took it upon himself to call my previous insurance and cancel, but also connected my mortgage company and add the new insurance to the escrow. I didn’t need to worry about a thing. Mauricio took what could have been a stressful job for one to do themselves and turned it into a quick and pleasant experience! I highly recommend Mauricio to anyone who is looking to have their insurance needs handled with confidence and ease.

My mother recently got state farm insurance after visiting the Hillsborough Office.She was thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the impeccable service they provided. Mauricio was attentive, knowledgeable and ensured that she received the best policy. He was also able to speak Spanish which made it a unique experience for her.She went in to get car insurance and end up getting car insurance and life insurance as well. She highly recommends this location to anyone looking for insurance.

Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Dealt With - Drove around without insurance for almost 2 weeks. With NO call, NO voicemail , NO emailed not even a courtesy TEXT!! Agency never updated my address in over a year !! so never received any mailed ! AND coincidentally also had my wrong email on file. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ! Only option giving by agent after reaching out 56 times was to rewrite my policy with a lapse. WITH A LAPSE THAT NOW AFFECTS MY INSURANCE RECORD BECAUSE OF LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE AGENCY. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!

I have had State Farm for over 35 years, Love it. Lou and his team are excellent and help me with whatever questions I have. Very prompt and accurate. Maurcio (sp?) helped me today and was very professional and gave me some good advise. Well done sir!!

The folks at State Farm truly take care of their clients - knowledgeable, helpful as much as possible, kind, compassionate and understanding!I totaled my poor car recently. The folks at State Farm have been on the ball right from the moment I called them. And they've kept me up to date on every phase of the process. So grateful for all their help and guidance through this bewildering & overwhelming time!

Do not use these guys, my insurance policy was messed up and I had to continually call and follow up for them to fix a problem that they created by not adding a vehicle on my policy properly the customer service is very poor.

Will never ever do business with this person he pulled a fast one were my insurance went from 209 a month to almost 600$ a month. If you have state farm good for you but I don't recommend this agent to anyone. Not honest.

Excellent service. Excellent service, very fast. They have staff that speaks Spanish, I highly recommend them, one of the companies that I would recommend is STATE FARM, they respond quickly and are very efficient and friendly and the insurance is affordable, there is flexibility for the costumers.
