My fiancé and I just left with our new iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max thanks to Rob. He was SO helpful! Definitely deserves high praise and recognition. He answered all of our many questions with transparency and broke it down until we understood. He helped us find a better plan and get what we wanted in the most convenient way. In my opinion, Tmobile is the way of the future when it comes to wifi. It TRULY cuts the cord because the signal goes to the router directly from the tower as it does with your cell phone. No cable wires to mess with at all. It runs all of my smart TV's (4 of them), Alexas, smart plugs and blink cameras. They run smoothly as do laptop computers and printer. I also have their phone plan which is much cheaper than Verizon or Xfinity, and permanently not just for a couple of years, therefore wifi is only $30/mo. instead of $50. My download speed is 687 Mbps and my upload is 88. I honestly have no issues after 2 years. By the way, their 611 phone service is incredible. Extremely helpful.

Called to find out new iPhone deals. All they want is for you to come in. Long time customer, just tell me the deals over the phone. Y’all lost 9 upgrades because you couldn’t answer a question over the phone.

Awesome customer service at all times! Doesn't matter the day, year or time I've been to this location for help with my device, I always receive the best customer service. Today I went in and was truly blessed to have been helped by Todd , he restored everything onto my new phone in about 10 minutes and for that I am forever grateful ?. My old device got damaged and the East Brunswick location was unable to restore my info onto my new phone. I will stick to the Hillsborough location at all times. Thanks again Todd ?

The place is clean &the staff were very friendly. But needing to see my credit report to buy a phone won't due. So i.went to Boost mobile & I bought the same phone with hassles.

Knowledgeable and friendly to help make a purchase and assist with tech problems. So glad I drove down from the Bridgewater location. I really appreciate how 3 in your T-Mobile team were determined to solve my Apple product/Cloud transfer problems. The Apple staff were not as persistent as you all. I'm so grateful for your time to problem solve . You were even kind to my dog. Thank you so much.

Ordered iPhone 14s came in early and this am I came in to set them up! Let me tell you how awesome the guy working there was . Set up all three phones , put on screen protectors. Answered all my questions and was extra patient , knowledgeable and nice the entire time ! Aces ! Thank you so much!

Store representatives were misinformed about their own programs and pricing. Did not save any time or trouble coming to this location (actually the opposite), so I cannot recommend coming to here over going to the T-Mobile website directly

Last night I was helped first by Todd and then by Edna at this store who was very nice and very patient in helping me make changes on the account. We had to call the main office to get assistance and then I realized I was eligible for additional discounts. Edna made a second call and took care of the issue patiently and with grace despite the wait on the main line. I feel very grateful to have been assisted by these folks. Let's give credit where it's due. Five stars! Happy Holidays Edna and Todd!
