The lady taking appointment for the passport is very rude, Behavior 0, customer service 0, understanding the situation 0. We were there with our infant waiting there for 20 mins and guess what at 3PM we are done make another appointment was her answer.

I brought a package here and was told they can't print out shipping labels. They told me to try the library instead.
This place might as well be a box to drop-off pre-paid, pre-labeled packages and a vending machine to dispense stamps because it seems that's all they're able to do here.
