I’ve been a Bank of America customer for a long time. I called the hillsdale NJ location to get an information regarding currency exchange and the person whom I’m talking too hold me twice and I don’t mind it till she start rushing with my question and even told me that I have a customer waiting for me. Seriously, what am I, NOt a CUSTOMER. If that customer have a business, so am I.Very disappointed and wish they have to treat all customer the same. I don’t care if theres a million customer waiting. They have to be decent and professional enough and not to rush their customer.

Less then a star. This bank was horrible back in the day and nothing seizes to amaze me how it is possible to get any worse. The teller was horrible and rude . Trying to deposit money in to my father's account. The ATM was out of service as usual so it forced me to go in and deposit and they won't deposit cash into his account because our name not on the account. Didn't ask for drivers license from either my mother or myself . Which clearly will tell you he is related to both of us. Absolute horror show everytime we come here . My father has cancer and can't come out most of the time due to getting sick and it is shameful that this bank lacks the customer service in depositing money. I understand policies and procedures but we are not trying to take money from the account .. merely depositing. Its a disgrace. All levels of staff should be retrained and compose themselves with some level of professionalism. Absolute worst bank i have ever dealt with.

The worst run bank I’ve ever been in. Always a line. Zero customer service. Not friendly. Even the ATM doesn’t spit out desired bills. Westwood was never like this and Montvale is great. Just close this branch.

Horrible customer service. ATM not working yesterday (7/15/22); line of people waiting for assistance. Not enough tellers even when ATM is functional. On June 23, 2022, 1 employee was trying to divide her time and attention between (disgruntled) customers needing banking assistance and those needing access to safe deposit boxes. Severely understaffed. All this after having closed Westwood and Oradell branches. Some of those employees could be utilized in Hillsdale. Looking for a new bank.

Unfortunately, it was a very useless bank. They have now changed their hours to 10 AM instead of 9Am, which is when everybody else works.Thanks for not being accommodating

The woman i spoke to, I assume in some type of managerial position wasnot very personable. Tried two other locations of Bank of America and both were veryhelpful. Would not recommend this branch. Definitely had anattitude about her. What ever happened to "Customer Service"?

I'm not sure why I still have an account open here. The only good interaction I've ever had here is when I got to the ATM. Today I go in for a certified check and was immediately turned down by the first teller. I wait in line for the next teller and she is no help either. As I'm filling out all the paperwork another lady comes up to me to tell me to put on a mask. None of them spoke English. She hands me a mask and I just leave. I'm in the process of closing my account. There is no reason to bank here when TD is superior in every way + across the street.

This bank is so ridiculous, once you pass seven photocopy pieces of paper on your way in, that there's other ones taped all over the inside of the bank. None of their customers are wearing masks nor social distancing so can we just get rid of the Covid theater already. Every transaction is such a hassle and so complicated, I have many accounts in other banks and everybody's usually in an out this bank everyone working there and waiting online just looks so disgusted. I don't know how you can go about fixing this being that your branches are closing all over the area, so it seems that no one really cares about customer service. You guys need to lighten up and cheer up it seems so depressing inside. You guys need to look at what Boa was like 15 years ago when you guys were booming. Get back into riyal customer service and forget your Covid rules and regulations were a little past that now

If I could assign less than one star I would. BEWARE! Customer service is horrific and I am not referring to the tellers. At NO Point did anyone attempt to resolve my question. The person I spoke with just referred me to the 800 number. When I called the 800 # I was on hold for over 15 minutes and never connected. The overall tone at the bank was not one of wanting to help. No willingness to go out of her way. It was just so much easier to say call customer service. HORRIBLE CONSISTENT POOR SERVICE

I used to bank with Bank of America at this particular branch and every time I go in there to try to cash a check for my client I get the same song and dance that they don’t have enough money. Last I checked this was a financial institution and for all the customers that I have that bank with Bank of America I strongly advise them to reconsider this is not a convenient operation. I’m so glad I stopped banking with them and avoided all the corruption in the corporate world of Bank of America.

Called this location for help and information. The staff and manager were rude and completely disrespectful. I was speaking calmly and asking questions over the phone. The staff member started getting emotional and stated I was yelling and being rude. When I calmly stated back ma'am I'm not yelling just asking a question she hung up on me. When I called back the manager answered and I told her I was not yelling at the previous staff member she immediately cut me off. She then said I was told my options and that was it. Bank of America hire staff that actually know how to speak to humans.

Well I was agreeing on another comment staff had no personality but transactions went quick
