I live two blocks from this post office and drop off packages every day. My daughter and I (we started going there when she was just 6 months old — we moved to Hillsdale two years ago) absolutely love Amisha. She is always so friendly. My daughter adores her and constantly asks, “Mom, are we going to see Amisha?”
I’ve only had the best experiences with all the staff! They are kind, helpful, and professional!
I also see many regular customers — everyone is smiling, laughing, and in a good mood at our post office, and they all seem to have a great relationship with Amisha.
I’ve seen a variety of customers there and honestly, you need nerves of steel to deal with some of them — the rudeness, the pressure, or even the lack of understanding of what’s being asked or explained. And Amisha has always responded professionally and calmly.
I’m certain that the woman who wanted free packing tape is just blaming Amisha for her own lack of preparation. According to her, Amisha offered her the option to buy tape at the post office, but the customer was rude and kept demanding it for free .
My husband, my daughter Abigail, and I give Amisha all the stars in the sky for the work she does. We truly want her to remain a part of our family routine!

Rudest person working there at around 2:28 pm on 1/7/24. Employee was a woman named Amisha. I needed TWO small pieces of tape to tape a label and she refused to give it to me unless I purchased an entire roll. It's not like I'm trying to tape up an entire BOX. I explained to her I need just two small pieces. She refused! Here's your review Amisha!

Where is the phone number to Hillsdale PO? you only Get the 800 number and it's all prompts. You can't even get a person on the phone ?a half an hour of "OK let me get a just little more information" from the automated system..Who would want the government to control more ?... sooo sad -

They close at 6 I walked up to the door at 5:55 to drop off an already paid for package and the lady locked the door in my face.

I was berated by a clerk who I asked to track a package that appeared to not be moving. She shoved my receipt at me and said it had been delivered. Why would I ask for help if I’d known that? This was not an isolated incident. She’s miserable to everyone. Give her a job far away from other humans please.

Ever since they hired new employees the post office is always closed before they are supposed to at 6 PM three days in a row I went there 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked not only can I not get my mail but I couldn’t get packages out on time horrible new service clerk is obnoxious. I had to Cut her off when I overheard her yelling at an older man who is trying to donate his change for the next person in line they may have needed it and she was talking down to him.

Do not one here unless you have a minimum of an hour to wait in line while the woman behind the counter works and refuses to acknowledge the presence of any customers.

I don't know how the woman behind the counter has a job.She's the one there after 5pm.I've seen her be very contentious with other customers & also with me.She starts fights w/customers & then talks about them to the next in line or everyone else when they leave.She should NOT have a job & someone should record her.There are lots of other people in line ready to take her place.USPS needs to do something about her.

Woman working the counter needs a complete attitude adjustment ! I greeted her with a smile and a hello, ended with a thank you and not a single word out of her from start to finish. She didn't even look at me. I've encountered her before and it's always the same. She's a miserable thing.
