Incompetent, unprofessional, unorganized. This pharmacy had me waiting for hours. Went early in the morning to pick up a prescription, the guy with the red beard said they didnt have it yet, fine, he took my phone number and said i would be contacted as soon as it was ready for pick up. I go home and wait around for TEN HOURS until i finally call, they say oh yea we got that prescription earlier this morning. I get upset asking why I wasn't contacted, the lady hangs up on me. I go in and now I'm not having any of their nonsense, I tell them I've been sick and needing my meds in not the nicest tone, so they take this opportunity to kick me out of the store. Sorry I got upset with you, you had me waiting around all day sick and in pain when you said you would notify me. This place is incompetent, unprofessional, and unorganized. Go elsewhere.

This is the worst of the worst .No sales representatives, one cashier and an inefficient pharmacy. The entire pharmaceutical staff has an attitude due to being overworked. Mistakes are common, check your medications are correct before consumption. The pharmacy was bad before, but since taking over Pascack Pharmacy they have added to the workload diminishing their service further. I switched to their Rivervale store same difference poor service and understaffed.

Yesterday I Went to pick up a prescription that was originally sent to Pascack pharmacy after they sold out to Walgreens. Walgreens sent 6 messages and as many voicemails that my prescription was ready, so I went to pick it up. After waiting online for 20 minutes I was informed by the pharmacist to have a seat it wasn’t ready and it would be another 5 minutes.. A 1/2 hour later I asked again she told me to please have a seat it would be ready in 5 minutes it wasn’t. I left and came back later in the day and they finally had my prescription. Today a day after this fiasco Walgreens continued to send me voicemails and messages informing me my prescription was ready. The pharmacists are impossible to reach by phone. After the prompts you are informed all pharmacists are busy and will be with you as soon as they can. After being on hold for a few minutes the music stops and someone picks up so it stops ringing and and hang it up again. This process repeats itself over and over no one will answer .This might sound fictional , I assure you it is not.My daughter went there for a test kit and it was $55 and only $30 online so she left. She went to the Walgreens in Rivervale and it was $26 ??? This store is a mismanaged mess and should be reviewed by a district manager and revamped.

? Very good job at Walgreens in Hillsdale I love the store I love the people that are very friendly I also like the hamburgers are and I also like how to clean the stories I also like the discount for AARP members thank you very much and kudos to you for being open during this academic

Very disorganized staff. Poorly laid out store. The place never seems clean. I really wish they could get this location up to par. It would be so convenient to have a real Walgreens in town.

The staff is always helpful. They have a nice selection of products. They look into outages. I am happy with the store and don't want it to close . I shop there weekly for milk, popcorn, vitamins, electrolytes, etc. Lots of candy and holiday items also and discounted after the date of the holiday. Carolyn Rice, westwood, nj

Large selection of greeting cards and gift cards. They usually have only one cashier open at a time so sometimes the line can be long.

A store in desperate need for renovation and upgrading. The cashiers are nice and helpful but the store front is tired. Pretty good sales and fast photo service though...

They don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion. They have made a few mistakes filling prescriptions and I ended up moving everything over to CVS in Westwood (which is great btw). Today I had a one time prescription to fill and I had already passed CVS, decided it's a simple one I could try Walgreens again. BIG MISTAKE! The guy told me it will be 20-30 min, even though I was the only one there and middle of the day. I sat down and waited. After 25 min one of the ladies asked my last name and what I was waiting for. Once I told her, she explained they didn't even have my prescription in stock, they couldn't fill it until the next day after 2pm. Seriously? They guy even checked his computer before telling me it will take 20 min. I picked up my prescription and went back to CVS, who was able to fill it while I waited exactly 7 min! They are inconsiderate of people's time and they ALWAYS make mistakes. He sure to double check everything if you end up going here.
