Legitimately one of the worst, if not the worst, 711 in the area. Employees don't care about the store, keeping it clean, or keeping the drinks stocked. I'd suggest firing the whole crew starting over but obviously corporate doesn't care about customers as long as the money rolls in. Go to either the one by Kean University or drive 5 mins down the road to the union one. Either one is leagues better than this sorry excuse for a store.

I walked in, the guy looks me up and down. I was trying to use my free slurpie from T mobile. It wasn't working for some reason. The guy act like I was annoying him by asking him. He was very rude. I will never step foot in this place again. If you don't want to work in a predominantly African American neighborhood, then don't, but what you won't do is think I'm going to give you my black dollars!

I have been a regular daily customer since they opened the newer 711 across from dunkin. I am horrified at how rude they treat a regular customer with no care at all. I bought pre paid visa cards and was told by the cashier that I had to pay cash. I needed them to give to my kids for a school trip. I went home to activate the cards to find they were invalid. I went back within 15 minutes of purchase with my receipt and was told no refund. I tried to ask to talk to a manager. He called someone talked in another language and told me no refunds. Zero stars please.

Stopped by to grab a couple of scratch offs. I prefer this 7/11 than the one father down the street leading towards Union. Quick service and the workers will greet you with familiarity when they recognize you.

Multiple times I go here at 3am, and they are closed, the door in locked. So today the lady is behind the counter and I knock on the window and she give me the wrong are closed swipe under her chin. It’s 7-11, you guys are supposed to be open 24 hours 7 days a week! This has happened many times over!
