Broad Auto Body is a fantastic shop with wonderful staff who are very polite, friendly, and down to earth. The service is excellent, with good customer service and a very helpful owner. They are honest, reasonable, and affordable, never trying to overcharge. They provide options and work with one's circumstances, fitting customers in asap even at the last minute. Repairs are done correctly, with cars looking perfect or brand new when picked up. They also help with arranging rental cars. The shop is in a nice area and, though sometimes busy, is highly recommended for its great service.

Gerard is a very honest and passionate guy he had fixed my rear bumper in legit a day and returned it to me like brand new. He’s very reliable and his team did an amazing job . Very satisfied and happy thank you again

My car needed a new tire, and scratches taken out, my ball joint needed to be fixed and a couple other things. Gerard made my car feel and look like it was brand new! Highly recommend this body shop.
