“i would like to say i called up this coastal at new dorp for the fact they had a specific outdoor main valve, i called to confirm and the manager at this location was very professional and gave his time without hesitation to inform me that they have it . when i arrived it was there waiting for me .he was well mannered and and i told him i,m a member in a large congregation church and I'm looking for service like this to make my plumbing projects easier so i proposed to opened an account with this coastal store even though there is another one closer to my business but they lack the patience and expertise in helping a novice they just cater to the professional probably regulars there”

“This place is great! I unfortunately had bought some replacement shelves for the closets in my apartment from HomeDepot and they had cut one of them the wrong length. So when I went to HD to have it cut again they wouldn't do it bc it wasn't 12 inches or more or some ridiculous excuse. I called one other place before I called these guys that also wouldn't do it. The man I spoke to on the phone told me to come down and he would take care of it. They guys took care of it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Such great guys! Wish I had come here from the jump!!”

“My neighbor recommended ABBE Lumber to us, and I'm glad he did. I've had great experiences with them, especially working with Giuseppe (Joe). He had patience while helping us design our deck, and he sold all of the necessary materials to us (including some we didn't know that we needed - thus saving us from having to come back again). He knows what he is talking about and gave us some very good tips to ensure a successful installation.
Over the past year we have had four deliveries from them, and the drivers were friendly and courteous, unloading materials to exactly where we wanted them. A couple times, a forklift was used to put Trex decking right into our garage. I've called and emailed a few times, and Joe always responded quickly and was very helpful. I've returned a few things that I bought too much of, and had no issues at all with the returns.
If you are looking for Trex decking, check their prices. They are the least expensive around. Compare them to Home Depot and Lowes and you'll see what I mean. They were also lower than other lumber yards that I compared them to.
Their showroom has a nice display of decks, railings, and lights to help you decide what to buy, plus all of the necessary hardware. And of course they have all the lumber that you will need to complete your project.”
“Though we haven’t personally used this company yet, their customer service is exceptional. I was trying to quickly find a front door for my house in order to get the project done quickly when Lowe’s cancelled my order unexpectedly. Brian answered my call and went out of his way to check their stock for something similar and called me back promptly. He even followed up later in the day to provide me with more information and options. In the end my contractor was able to get the door elsewhere for me. Now I know where to go for our next project- thanks Brian!”

“Currently working on a backyard project, and Kuiken Brothers (specifically Matt E.) is the ONLY partner on time and budget. Not only was this company able to deliver the entire order in 48 hours (mind you, I’m just a homeowner with one project, I’m not a contractor with a bunch of projects), but there were no headaches. I just told Matt what I was trying to do, and he coordinated the quote, order, payment, and delivery. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone else other than the delivery driver that delivered my order (with a pallet forklift, which was critical since the project is ongoing and the yard is a complete mess)! Even more impressive, I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Trex deck, PT with Trex rails, or all PT; Matt quickly gave me multiple quotes and advised me which option was best for my specific project- which was NOT the most expensive option!As someone who works as a professional services provider, I am beyond thrilled with the level of service I’ve been provided, especially considering I am probably one of their smaller customers. I will 100% call Kuiken/Matt for any future house projects. Their combination of price, punctuality, and level of customer service is superlative.”

We gave them complicated bathroom jobs, with plenty of details that needed to be exact and they came through with flying colors. Their price was fair, they worked quickly and efficiently and came back to check on the finished product. They even did work that was not common that included custom partitions and shelving. Wish there were more like JOE and his CREW!
