The worst service, in my life. Should have realized, when I was in their office and saw bottles of vodka and beer, in office area. Had an accident, last fall. Went, to them, for repairs. Accident was not, my fault, so person who hit me, insurance company offered, to pay, for all. Was promised, my owner Vladimir and manager Timov, my repairs would be done, in a week. Wanted up front money, to start work, which I gave around $800, on credit card, that was reimbursed, by insurance company. Every time, I stopped by, for a month, I was told, work will be done, the next day. A month later, repairs still, not started. They told me, that the insurance company didn't send them, the rest of money. Finally, 5 weeks, after, I dropped off the car and much aggravation, they completed half the job and stopped. (Also, they made a mess, of inside, of my SUV and broke driver side mirror. They promised, to fix, the next day, but never did). Said insurance company did not pay. Found out, that the insurance company paid them full amount, but their manager gave insurance company the wrong bank account number, to transfer money. Where the money ended up, God knows. They refused, to finish work. Luckily, a week before, I picked up my car, while they hesitated job. Left stuff, from inside of car, there though. When I found out, they refused, to finish job, I stopped by. They were closed, but my personal stuff, I left there, was outside, on trash heap. Such unprofessionaI work and attitude, I have never experienced. Luckily, I was able, to get payment back, from my credit card company, from first payment.

Oh my how times have changed. Do not go to Collision Pros at all. I asked for. Side Mirror Replacement & I was told on Tuesday of this week it will be here Wednesday and they will give me a call. I didn't receive any call. I then came back Wednesday they told me they ordered it but it was broken, so they will call me once it's here. Today is Friday.... And "Vladimir" stated he will call me this morning around 10 something. He never called me so I went there myself! They ordered a BLACK SIDE MIRROR. Mine is Navy blue & told me it would be $300 to paint the mirror the same color as the car. & then when I expressed my concerns upset I was hung up on. Worse experience I've had.

Joe was professional from dropoff to pick-up. Work done was very good, can't tell side was messed up but that's the point right ?Work was completed ahead of schedule and even offered to pick me up.I will recommend Collison Pro!Service: Body & Trim

Someone crashed into my car and dented the bumper and my front light. The bumper was falling off on one side. I drop my car off on Tuesday and got it back on Thursday. Really quick service. I was very happy.Services: Painting

This place is the absolute best! Joe was very helpful and was truly is the most honest man in the industry. My car was finished in 1 day and came back to be in pristine condition.
