Good evening,
I am writing to let you know what an awesome employee named Joey that works at Smart Stop Self Storage facility in Hillside, NJ. I rented a unit online, Saturday, December 6, 2025. Upon my arrival at Hillside, Joey sprung into his customer service mode. He walked me to the unit explaining how everything works. He is a very nice person. I do not know what acknowledgment you give your employees for outstanding customer service, he deserves employee of the month.
