I give 1 star because it's not an option, to give 0.It's the worse pharmacy in Hillside, service it's terrible people rude and uneducated. I do recommend if you don't want to have a hard time discussing with the incompetent staff don't step into this pharmacy.

I took my prescription Friday night and went to pick it up Saturday morning and the pharmacy did not have it ready because they put it on a place that could not be found- second time it happens to me- they don't care about people pain- plan to go to another pharmacy

Had an emergency refilling my prescriptions. And this store was not even my regular cvs. The meds that I was refilling my regular cvs did not have in stock and I was flying out of the country in 2days. The whole pharmacy staff eas very helpful and friendly with a smile on their faces. This is the kind of store that I am willing to drive miles just to get my prescription from. Pharmacist was diligent to call my doctor. I am impressed. And I dont get impressed a lot. The reason why I gave 4 stars was because the parking lot needs to be cleaned better. Other than that the store would have gotten 5.

I'm not surprised this pharmacy has a poor two star rating. Picking up mailed medication was a nightmare with JEFFERSON, and chatter box staff who ignore customers and do not listen to information given, and seem stuck on pause. The young man Jefferson needs immediate customer service and business skills training if he is given that position at pharmaceutical counter. Customers should not have to say their name three times, should not have to deal with bad attitudes and service at a pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff also need to act more professionally in a public space; less personal talk when customers are present and waiting. It would not hurt to smile, greet or present yourself in a more professional medical manner; which is expected at a pharmacy! Hopefully, I will see some improvements soon at this new pharmacy selected. Our community deserves better; we have high standards and expect good professional service at a neighborhood pharmacy. Please help Jefferson, and pharmacy staff improve their professionalism and communication skills. JCB
