I am so very disappointed in this location as a customer that had been with you guys for over 8 years, it’s sad to say that you guys was unable to accommodate me today as of 01/09/2024 I have been going to this same exact location to rent car for personal and insurance reasons & purposes for years.Justin Alston was very arrogant and his Attitude was trash this is about a policy that was in place with using a Debit card. I have been using my debit card with my license only without any required documents for years with no problem. I missed a very important meeting today because you guys would not accommodate me and would not rent me a car that is horrible service you guys have in place and this Policy does not make sense. I even tried to call customer service to try to escalate the situation but nothing was done. I won’t be using your company in the near future again that was very disappointing on a very Important day I missed all because you and your workers couldn’t care enough. To make matters worst you guys didn’t even have the decency or to even have the effort to offer to drop me close to my residency. Most disgusting Experience I have ever had. I hope you guys are happy with this Policy you guys have its sounds ridiculous and I really liked this company nothing like it.

The policy of this enterprise location makes me super sick to my stomach, My son is getting a car due to an accident. I am his parent with the credit card and the insurance policy owner. They would rather have me change it to my name and add a driver for him to be able to get the vehicle, rather than allow his parent to help him with getting into a vehicle, of course then the manager calls me to mansplain the enterprise policy, which I am not interested in hearing. I just wanted the company to at least be understanding when a parent is willing to help a child and not charge any extra funds for a parent to add the child so that they can drive. It just doesn't make sense so they will be one of the very few companies that will be used from my family in the future and I always recommend when I post these to check the policies before doing anything with any company. So yes one star to negative one star is what I'm giving them.

This is my go to Enterprise, they always provide me with a pick-up and drop-off service. Everyone is always so helpful, and with paying in advance, I am in and out. Rae was my last driver, and she was polite and informative, answering all my questions and having great conversations. I've been coming here years and have never had an issue and will always get my rental here if I am in town.

I’ve been renting cars from Enterprise for years now due to their reliability and prompt customer service - I’ve never had such a horrible experience until the Hillside location. The gentleman at the desk was extremely rude from the time we met him, he charged much higher than the initial reservation amount, and to top it off provided a car with a malfunctioning fuel gauge. The car had a strong smell of cigarettes and some trash left behind in the back seat - it was evident that the car wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Throughout our trip, we had to refuel more times than would normally be required by the car’s mileage - the fuel gauge needle was stuck and did not provide the accurate reading, it would drop suddenly without notice, and would not indicate/reach full tank inspite of refueling to the max capacity.

Enterprise is my go to for renting a vehicle. These people went above and beyond to help. I appreciate the up grade and veteran discount. Although I had a flat tire they were able to give me a replacement vehicle right away, to keep me moving. Kudos to the staff at Hillside, NJ on Rt 22 for going the extra mile.

My experience with enterprise was over the top . We had a family emergency needed to rent two 7 passengers vans I don’t remember the gentleman name that help us with the reservation, but I can’t thank him an enough with his help . The day we got the vans I want to say her name is Ray ( hope I spelled it right) she was awesome and was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She provided all the information needed, and the vehicle was clean. The entire process was quick and simple. Thank you ?? for making this trip happen for our family ♥️it means a lot to us

Enterprise just can’t seem to get it right. I’m beginning to wonder if color has anything to do with it because the lack of quality customer service is atrocious. I tried to give them a second chance by using a different location but at this point I’m forced to believe the culture there is the problem as well as a lack of accountability. I’m am DONE with Enterprise completely!

The overall enterprise experience on 9th august, 2023 (I had to visit 4 enterprises to exchange my car!) was not good for me. But this enterprise made all efforts to resolve my situation and offered me exchange of my car which I had troubled with. Hatts off to the employees!

Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They provided all the information needed, and the vehicle was clean. The entire process was quick and simple. John the branch manager is knowledgeable.

WARNING!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!I have been charged more then double for my reservation I made, and there is no-one to whom to talk there.Take the few minutes and go to an other rental in the area.The only people who can take care is the people from the location, No email will help. as you do always.

I made a reservation for a car on July 8th for my trip September 17-22. I got the confirmation email and THOUGHT everything was just fine. However, when we went to pick up the car the gentleman said he had no cars for us and called other locations and they also didn’t have any cars. He never called to let us know there would be no car available for us. All he said was I’m going to have to cancel the reservation because we close at 12 as if I didn’t need a car for my trip. Luckily I was able to call Avis in Springfield and they thankfully were able to give me a car. Never coming here again.
