I have purchased items from here with no problem over the years, Now when I called the receptionist was VERY Rude as saying my call was bothering her I will be filing a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about them.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO TO A POORLY OPERATING COMPANY. THE MOST IMPORTANT WAY WAS OBTAINING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED, WHAT COMPANY, WHAT PARAMETERS, EVEN THOUGH I ASKED MANY TIMES. SO HE WILL BRING WHAT WILL BE IN STOCK BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW YET, THEY WILL KNOW TOMORROW. AND THE PRICE IS TOP SICRET. AND WE WILL CHARGE YOU BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE THE CARD NUMBER.TODAY THE LADY CALLED THE CARD NUMBER AGAIN OR WE WON'T COME TODAY. OF COURSE, ZERO INFORMATION ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT. I MIGHT MASTLY GET A STICK FROM THE BRUSH. THANK YOU FOR SUCH COOPERATION

This company is very unprofessional, I don't understand how you order something from the facility and when it's time to order again, you have to keep repeating your stuff over and over again. But quick to charge your insurance. This place need to do better or update your system for your customers.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I don’t understand how this company is still in business with their rude staff and rude management that are disrespectful. First I explained how the nasal pillow is causing SORES in my nose. I have to pay to have a new mask shipped, and pay to ship my old one back. Or I can drive an hour away to do the exchange. Mind you I have health insurance . I also explained how I used the mask with Covid and didn’t think it was appropriate that they take it back but she didn’t care. The woman on the phone was rude and the supervisor Nillette was even ruder. I don’t know who they think their talking too cause I can go buy a machine outright right now lol. They can come get their machine. I’d rather buy a whole machine for $2000 than give them $8 for shipping. Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Seems like all their reviews show how rude they are. Wonder if the owners even know it. Literally have sores in both nostrils and she is saying that doesn’t qualify for a defective equipment. Maybe I should contact the manufacturer

Really bad first line customer representative. Her English was terrible and I couldn't get her to understand the issue (which was really simple!) Luckily supervisor I requested came on and we resolved things immediately. I understand help is hard to find, but to put someone on the first line phone who can barely speak English is a bad management decision.

By far the MOST unprofessional experience of my life. The "supervisor" is the absolute rudest! I do not know how they are in business. I was told they would move on to the next patient because I wasn't available to accept a delivery in 2 hours! Not other options given. If I could give no stars I would.

I have a warranty for myself turning mattress and Instead of being professional and following through with it they literally blocked my number every Tryme I try to contact them, very unprofessional and if you don’t believe me I have screenshots of these pieces of craps. The worse customer service ever!! How do you not have enough oxygen inventory for your customers needs.I needed my tanks replaced because the concentrator broke @2am and they don't have an emergency service, had to wait until 9am. I am on oxygen 24/7 and this is week 2 and they STILL haven't replaced my empty tank. BEWARE!!SN: I GAVE 2 STARS FOR THE DELIVERY GUY!!UPDATE: DID I MENTION, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! EVERY WEEK I'VE BEEN TOLD SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND NOW I'M CONFINED TO MY HOUSE BECAUSE OF NO DELIVERY OF OXYGEN. THANKS EXPRESS FOR MY LIFE MORE IMPOSSIBLE TO BREATHE.
