If I could give this place a negative star I would, I've been waiting for my refund almost two months and everything I reach out to get an update, I get an excuse "There was a flooding, I am out of the office, I am on vacation and I do not know when I will be back" and then when I follow up I get left there on read no answer, my calls get ignored. This place is unprofessional, I regret using them for a service that hasn't even been done.

They charge you $225 to do your taxes do not sign anything unless you're sure that you're going to do your taxes here if you sign the paperwork you will be charged automatically $50 and when you do your tax returns to just to let you know

I decided to give family tax services a try due to all the great reviews. Very professional staff. The room was full of positive energy. Monique, the preparer explained things well and presented me with different options. She was very professional, honest, reasonable, patient and yet friendly. I can comfortably say that I will continue to use their service.

Monique has done it again. I was late on filing my taxes and needed extra help with this. I’m also looking to buy an home and need information for that. She took time out of her schedule to help me get all the information I needed so I can purchase my home. I truly appreciate all the hard work she put in ON HER OWN TIME. I’m truly blessed to have found her.

I filed my taxes here two years in a row. It is definitely a home friendly environment. The staff here is very respectful and friendly; always greeting customers with a smile and conversation. I have had the pleasure of having Monique file my taxes, and she is simply amazing. I recommend anyone to come to this place in Hillside to prepare taxes. She will walk you through all the information that you need to obtain to ensure that you are satisfied before you leave. Big Up Monique.

I went based on the reviews! So this was my first time here and Monique was great! Very informative! Fast and friendly service. Clean and well kept environment. Very organized and transparent with the filing process. Very pleased and impressed. I definitely would recommend to anyone! You won't be disappointed!

I thought my run with a really good tax preparer came to an end until someone recommend Monique. My buddy and I were in the area when we called for an appointment. They told us since we were in the area they could get is in now which saved us a trip. Monique did an even better job with my tax prep than my previous guy. I will continue go to her as long as she is around. I would and will be recommending her to everyone!

This was my first year going to Family tax services. I was recommended to Monique, by a friend of mines. She was excellent. Very professional and treated me with the best customer service. I've been going to Family Tax Services for a couple of years now and I've always been very happy with my return. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the field of taxes.
