Horrible experience at my local post office. I went to ask the lady a question when she kept on screaming the machine is down while walking away as to say dont bother me I'm glad the machine is down, I tried asking a question nicely and all I received was more yelling saying machine is down like a robot while posting a quick paper saying the same thing leaving me dumb founded by her reaction, can we not speak to humans any more.

My experience here was okay recently, but I have a question. What time do they close. I pulled up twice to mail letters with stamps at 4:53 pm, and both times the door was locked, and the post office looked empty. The closing time on the sign said 5:00 pm.

The lady at this post office that worked on July 28, 2025 at 3:50pm is very rude. The fact that they can disrespect customer and think it's ok is beyond me. The manager in this location need to tell them that they are there to help customers not disrespect them.

The black Lady wearing glasses is awful. Not helpful. Ignores you. Be on the phone not even looking at you. I came to retrieve the mail. And she said come back later. I asked her why. She kept saying. come back later. Come back later. With no explanation why.
Idk if she is pure lazy or just want to be on her phone.
It's horrible when the mail gets sent to this location to be retrieve.

There was two separate instances where I was verbally abused by employees here. These employees were both middle Aged African American women. I consider myself a strong person but both times I cried. Yesterday’s encounter was my last straw and I promised myself yesterday that I’ll never go back.

First let me say I have never been this humiliated in my whole entire life, this rude old lady was of no help, I was so uncomfortable, she made me feel so stupid for asking her questions, if it wasn’t for my good upbringing I would have disrespected her, will never go back that post office

The old lady that works here is the absolute worse. She is of no help! I told her the tracking info said the package is at this location she said she cannot look because there’s no one else there. Went today again, this time she was very rude and dismissive she didn’t even ask for the tracking number to check the information.
Just kept saying where’s the notice from the post office I’m showing her my phone with it and she refused to look. Instead telling me she knows how to do her job when all I’m trying to do is get my package. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!
If you don’t want to help people why are you there?

My first experience was great. I went there for the first time recently and the customer service was excellent. The worker was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help me. ? Thank you ?
My second experience the worker kept yelling “I have NO CHANGE” please have close to the exact amount. How can the Post Office not have change for its customers?
