The lady with the glasses is very rude. She was not helpful at all and threw my package to the side then said she’ll send my package to Elizabeth to deal with it. If you don’t like your job then get another one.

I would give zero stars if I could. The woman working here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I completely agree with other customers’ reviews—this place needs someone who is both professional and kind. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.

The lady that works here is very unprofessional. Every time I attempt to use this office location, she is extremely unprofessional and very rude. She gives the impression as if she does not want to be there. Please get someone professional to work at this location, there are often helpers from other location which is always a breath of fresh air to see someone else. She refused to take my prepaid package sighting it was too big. Talks to you with an attitude always. On a different occasion she was arguing with me going back and forth. I had to just ignore her and pray to get out of there. It’s not fair for us consumers to keep dealing with these nasty behaviors. She is the lady with the low hair cut that works there. She needs training in customer experience.

The worst attention I received in my life. She is incredible rude, she threw to me my package because I did not the label online and because she doesn’t like to work. This kind of job is deserved for someone that treat the others with kindness and be happy to be blessed with a job.

I’ve never had any issues, but I have seen the staff be a little rude towards other customers. I’ve also seen customers be a little rude to the staff, so you get what you give. The lobby opens at 9am, but service doesn’t start until 10am.

This post office is extremely very poor there's no reason why on Google it says it's open and when I go there it's closed like they are going to reimburse me money for traveling and which I didn't but if I did I would have been highly upset this post office needs to be shut down and they need to have another post office or better people because this post office is ratchet and why do they have an hour and a half lunch break like they can't split that up 15 minutes an hour then 15 minutes like they do anything to help you but sit on a lazy behind and have an attitude like we don't pay them, The lady behind the desk is old and rude should be fired indefinitely I am offended I am enraged and nobody should have to deal with this post office ever.. update your website or just close down this is preposterous I will call this venting but this is reality and real talk thank you

I’m so sorry i couldn’t get her name, but the young girl with glasses and short blonde cut was so nice and sweet and extremely helpful. This branch need more people like her seriously✨
