After three attempts to update my address in person I was a day late getting my medication because they still hadn't updated my address. When the situation was resolved there wasn't any apology for the inconvenience of me missing my blood pressure medication for one day. My pressure was up.

This was so awful, they accused my daughter and her friend for stealing even though they were picking out chips and some water and some worker lady from their accused them and threatened to call the cops I don't recommend going here

Worst Walgreens ever! The medications are always out of stock and the processing time for the prescriptions is ridiculous! You're better off sending your scripts to a different location.

I like the fact that I went in and out. No long lines and the cashier was helpful with what I was looking for and friendly.

I purchased a gift card in December 2024. The recipient went to use the card and it was not activated. I assumed once I proved that I purchased the gift card and explained the problem that they would resolve the problem on site. Nope. It's April 2025 and no resolve. I just called and was informed that they don't even have a time frame for when my case will be resolved.

Waited for 10 mins in their drive-thru and was ignored completely. I waited a few mins before pressing the call button and still was ignored. There's no sign or anything that indicated drive-thru was closed. There was an employee at the window and he ignored me even after I pressed the button. Walked inside and get my medicine. I walked up to the counter, the pharmacist working there just gave me a look like I just ruined their day. I then asked them if the drive-thru window was closed because I waited for so long and they just ignored me. A simple sign would've avoided this or just simply don't ignore your customers when they're trying to pick up their medications. So far this the 3rd time the people working in the pharmacy give me an attitude for no reason.

If you are in dire need of medicine go else where or be at risk of losing your life. Have never had a smooth transaction at this pharmacy. Something is always wrong. There has always been an issue with my prescriptions here.

They will let you know your prescription is ready you go to pick it up and they lost it and will tell you to come back the next day and that's not being a responsible pharmacy especially if you really need your medication then if a doctor gives you a prescription they won't run it through your insurance if it's over the counter medication apparently the doctor gave you a script for a reason they need to do better all the way around the only reason I use Walgreens is because there's no other pharmacy near me since I moved but I promise you once I get back on my feet I will never go back to Walgreens they are the worst
