The nicest people work here. Extremely helpful, very friendly. They handle a busy line with patience, and are very knowledgeable with the best way to ship packages. Tamara is great!

There are so many rude people (especially that woman with the crazy hair) who work here I’d drive out of my way to the Oradell post office just so I don’t have to deal with them. Find your peace.

Tamara is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is everything that people hate about government bureaucracy & everything that makes places like the DMV or USPS so terrible.

delayed my pkg on purpose. lady with the wild hair - she didn't believe me that it was non liquid and held my pkg and heavily delayed it to the point it is being destroyed now. other end recipient is livid. usps at hohokus doesnt care, less ppl they have to help if we stop going. she should be fired. so many ppl complain about her but nobody does anything

Phillip who helped me today deserves a raise. I could tell he was managing a line of impatient guests while helping me on the phone and he was handing everyone with such patience and grace. USPS workers really need more support and respect, kindness and patience. It’s a thankless job, and it’s especially harder during the holiday season. Thank you Phillip!Edited to add Corina was also super nice and helpful and whoever I spoke to last…needs an attitude adjustment. Super rude for absolutely no reason. Thanks.

Apparently if they don't like you, they'll call the cops and have you forcefully removed. Not sure if it's just butterfly-boy discrimination or whatever, but they seem to be "super uncomfortable" with peaceful citizens just flapping around.

I have had pieces of important mail (checks, government paperwork) delivered to wrong addresses in the area instead of my own. The only reason I received any of this mishandled mail was because of the goodwill of neighbors. If this has happened to myself on multiple occasions I can only imagine how many other residents of Ho-Ho-Kus have been effected. The postal carriers working in Ho-Ho-Kus need to be more careful and attentive while delivering postage.
