This was my first time in the store. I was shopping for a dress for an occasion. I tried a few on. There are no mirrors in the fitting room, you have to walk out into the store to see yourself. Not the hugest deal to me, but I could see others being bothered by this. I really loved this one dress but unfortunately they didn’t have my size. I ended up going with a different dress that I wasn’t in love with and need to have hemmed and I felt hesitant about it. I figured no big deal, if I find a different dress I will return this one. The dress was $285, which in my opinion is overpriced, there are already threads tearing from it in certain spots and I never wore it. I ended up finding a dress that fit me better elsewhere so I brought this one in 24 hours later to return and was told they don’t accept returns for your money back you can only get store credit. When I tried to return it, the sales associates pointed out their return policy to me on the counter which is very small literally font size 10. I was not told about return policy when purchasing. I wish they were more transparent about this because I absolutely would not have bought this dress if I knew I couldn’t return it. Buyer beware.

Kohl’s quality and style for expensive boutique prices. Everything is cheap fast fashion quality polyester. The employees here are also make this feel like a tacky experience.On top of this, the largest size I could find in anything was a medium. I’m usually a M/L depending on the item, but I don’t like shopping at stores that refuse to acknowledge any sort of size inclusivity. No store that only sells lettered sizes (S/M/L over 0-20+) should be selling anything over $100.

I have bought a few items from this store. So I was quite surprised that when one time I walked out w/o buying anything, I get a sarcastic "have a nice day." That's low towards your regular customer. In addition, they do not have a mirror in the fitting space, so you have to walk out to see how it looks, but the staff would immediately come over and give all sorts of comment to sell the clothes to me. Lots of other boutique choices in the area, and the quality of their clothing does not always justify the price.

Don't visit this place. I walked in and the employee didn't say a word to me the whole time, even when I asked for help. A white couple walks in and she gave them the biggest hello. I felt awkward and didn’t want to overthink it as a racist thing but my friend said the same thing happened to her days prior.Don't support this place. There's other cute, welcoming boutiques in the area.

Beware of buying anything here. Products are defective/damaged and the store will not refund the purchase. Had a bad experience.. the manager claimed that the product was damaged after purchasing it!!!

Wonderful experience. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who you can trust to help style you for any occasion. They made finding the perfect dress so easy! I will definitely be going back. Plus their clothes are just perfect!

I am so glad that I finally found a place in Hoboken where I can go to for all my cute date or office outfit looks! It's pretty hard to find something here that I don't like as the items they have a great assortment of well designed pieces to choose from. Some pieces are a tad pricier, but the material makes it worthwhile as it feels high quality and lasts a while A big part of why I go back is because of the shopping experience at this boutique with Christine. I appreciate how knowledgeable she is, the ease of shopping at the store and her honest feedback on which outfit sits better and why. (I appreciate that they aren't just trying to sell me pieces to make money, but only encouraging the items that truly have me looking and feeling my best...it's what keeps me coming back!) Thanks Christine for the great customer experience!

I've been in this store a few times and they have an array of styles to choose - Christine was working on all occasions - and what a shopping experience. First, she took the time to understand my style and body time. More importantly, she helped find cuts and sizes to accentuate my best features. I have purchased and LOVED garments I would have never considered for myself! Great little shop, even better staff.

I’m new to the neighborhood and am so glad I found this amazing boutique. All of the items are so chic that I couldn’t help myself from buying several items on my first visit. The employee on shift was an absolute gem and so accommodating. 10/10 experience, I can’t wait to go back!

I don't think I've ever written a bad review IN MY LIFE. Sorry for the length in advance. I told the girl working at the store that I needed a wedding outfit but wasn't sure what the dress code was so told her I would buy 3 things and return the 2 I didn't wear. She never told me that the return policy was 7 days with only store credit (seems obvious to say something to me about this) but I digress and am not placing the blame on any of the amazing girls who actually work in the store. I go back maybe a week and a half later to return and they would not even give me store credit because I came in after the one week policy and made me leave the store with my returns and email someone. After 5 days Of not hearing back, I followed up on the email. 2 days before thanksgiving, customer service finally emailed me back saying I could return only ONE of the 3 items for store credit and $20 gift card because the other 2 were no longer in the store (I literally saw the dress in the store 5 days earlier when I sent my original email) But fine, I wasn't happy but I wasn't going to complain. I thanked her via email and went about my daily business until I got back from thanksgiving break. I then go to do the return a few days later and they tell me I only had 3 days to return it after the email (aka the day after thanksgiving when I was away) they made it a whole scene and acted like they were doing me a favor by honoring my return. The girl in the store who is so sweet BTW apologized then says I have a year to use my $240 credit and I go on my way. I then get an email TODAY basically scolding me for missing my return deadline and giving me 3 months to use my store credit. I literally never want to go in that store again but it is $240 and I don't wanna just let it go to waste. So awkward. I also love shopping at my local neighborhood stores and I'm so sad with this experience. Overall, does anyone want to my gift card so I never have to go back? Jk jk
