Bought an Apple Watch for 900 back in March sales person told me they have a promotion and I can get the second watch up to value if $300 free if I pay the sales tax, and the monthly plan charge, so I decided I wanted to get the deal. However, I kept getting charged for both phones called AT&T 3 times and stopped by the store 3 times to be tossed back and forth between the store telling me I have to call or at&t rep telling me I have to go to the store. Each time I went they had "new employees" that didn't know anything about the previous person "helping" me 8 months later and 7-8 hours of my time waste I'm still paying for the second watch. I hate sale people specially the ones that suck at their job I'm sure you don't go on your day off trying to deal with someone else's fuck up

Great service, very helpful,I had myinfo transfer from phone to phone, I bought accesories That they recommended and they put it on for me. I will definitely comeback and I will recommend this store to my family and friends.

Very satisfied understanding wen i walk in no waiting & i was heard of wht i was looking for on my budget & walk out with a great deal on my phone service if not in stock it gets order with no hesitation,,, I recommend to anyone u would be so satisfied no regrets.

I live in Jersey City I would travel all the way to hoboken to this At&t because it's better than the one at New Port mall.

I wanted to write this Google review because of an experience that happened to me at this AT&T yesterday afternoon. There was an incident when I was trying to purchase a new iPhone, and when the sales representative, Ronaldo, brought it out a suspicious man who was lingering in the store attempted to steal it. I intervened with the man first, and in the struggle, since it was unclear how dangerous the man was, Ronaldo helped to prevent the man from doing anything extreme. I am so glad that Ronaldo was there to help me handle the situation and keep everyone safe.

Francisco was excellent he resolved a problem I had with my email account that another at&t store could not for hours .Francisco solved the issue in minutes.

Chris is the best!!! After going two days without a working phone, Chris managed to not only resolve the issue with my phone, but he also got me to switch to a new plan that offered more benefits for a cheaper price! Shoutouts to Chris!

Worst AT&T ever I was the only customer in the store it took 3 people and 1H30 to activate a SIM cardThey told me it will be $50Charged me $70 then $17That’s almost double.What a rip off

Worst experience ever. The people who work there have no work ethic, rude and arrogant. They are absolutely illiterate have no idea about their work. People should avoid this location at all cost.

Don't waste your time going to this store. Very rude, incompetent and worst staff. Never seen anybody behave badly with customers the way these guys do. And many other reviews here corroborate this fact. The staff at this store has no intention to help you. Save your time and go to some other, better AT&T store.

My business has had multiple lines with AT&T since almost a decade. I came here to fix an Apple Watch connection issue. We waited for 45 minutes to be let into the store. Outside the store, I discussed the issue proactively with an employee to save them time. As we entered, a different associate said "He told me you issue, we can't help you here. You need to call customer service." When I asked why not (since customer service had sent me there) I was asked " Sir, Why are you yelling at me?!" I was standing with my 80 yo father and 1.5 yo toddler who were stunned! I didn't yell, I would never yell around my son. It was clear that I hear guys don't care about their jobs or customers. I will be moving all my lines to Verizon this week. ATT doesn't deserve my money.
