How can I start ... Been here for years, I think even the waitress / owner / cook knows us. However the service, especially the waitress working here has been getting worse. She didn't even look at you when taking orders. The food is always great though, not like average Americanized Thai food.

Went here during a week night and we were the only few in the restaurant.Sitting down in the booths and chairs everything has a lot of wear and tear to it. Some of the cushions I think have been taped to be held together.. The cutlery didn't appear to be all that clean either shown in the photos, and the menu was taped together.The food overall was okay. The soup had a weird taste that I couldn't get past, and the sauce on one of the chicken dishes we ordered was just so watery.The service was great and they were very attentive and super friendly.Definitely a spot to maybe get take out from, but not the first of my choices to dine in.

Chicken Pad Thai is the best! Order this dish regularly with extra peanut butter - owner is pleasant, professional, and kind!

Good Thai food, good portions, reasonable prices, good service. Underrated, but also nothing amazing. Just solid. I wish they had better alcohol selection, given that this is not BYOB (they have beer and sweet, cheap wine) and the interior decor has a strong whore house ambience with the red lighting, but if you're there to drink Thai beer and don't mind the Bangkok red light district aesthetic, Bangkok City shouldn't disappoint.

Not great. Food doesn’t come out the way it look like in the picture. The meat is tough. Make at home is probably better. Service is good ?
