Ever get turned away from opening a bank account bc they were "too busy " this branch is trash. Just another example of lazy workers not realizing that they are simply expediting themselves being replaced by machines. Looking forward to seeing this turn into an iPad.

Extremely thankful for the service provided by Agatha, Benjamin and Rui. I arrived 5 minutes to 5pm without all the details needed to establish a business relationship and they went above and beyond to assist me. They made the process seemless. Overall consumate professionals with a fun side! Thank you so much! I am happy I have established a business relationship with Chase because of these finance professionals. See you soon!

if you do decide to go here, AVOID JENNIFER!. she made a 15 minute appointment for me feel like an hour, and just blew off/avoided my questions about setting up my new account.

Went in for notary service. The notary is beyond unprofessional. She asks many inappropriate questions about documents and tried to pry for information that made me feel uncomfortable. This has happened two separate times. Would not recommend this branch.

This bank has a very small staff. I called in the morning to see if they had a notary available. The woman answered and acted like I was irritating her. Excuse me for wanting to ask a question to get something done! She said she was there today. I asked if I needed an appointment (because they usually do). She sighed exasperatedly and said she was busy all day unless I could come right now. So when were you intending to actually say that Jennifer? What if I came and you were booked? When I arrived I asked the front desk person for the notary. She said "we don't have a notary". Huh? I explained that I called. She said, "oh if Jennifer said to come then ok you can wait. She's here. She just took someone though." So instead of saying the notary was busy, you lie and say there isn't one?? I was sitting and waiting while I overheard Jennifer with her appointment (the cubicle had no walls which is problematic if you are discussing sensitive banking information). They chatted about trains and families. I also heard the same woman who lied about not having a notary saying, "I don't know why she told anyone to come, we have other customers." Ummm, am I not a customer? And there was literally no one else besides the lady who wound up coming in before me. The only nice one who was consistently courteous & professional was the guy at the front desk. Overall, kind of disappointed with the customer service.

Had a horrible experience at this branch trying to deposit funds which were a wedding gift. The lady at the teller was cold and terrible to work with, and the manager clearly did not want to deal with a customer who pointed out very visible flaws in their system & staff. I even offered to go through the issues but was blown off... twice! Prior to this visit other tellers deposited my wedding checks which were all made out the same way, with the same exact signature on them. Nothing was different from those visits to this one. On this one the teller made it seem like I was trying to deposit a fake check, then continued to comment on my wife's decision to keep her last name in front of a line of other customers. It was really uncomfortable as I did not experience this the first two visits. After I left I spoke with Chase's customer service team on the phone and found out the directions the teller gave me to complete the deposit was actually incorrect too. These kind of experiences would make anyone want to move their funds to another bank, and it was such a waste of time as I could have just tossed the check into the ATM deposit box and it would have been processes, so this was all so unnecessary at this uniformed branch. After the few experiences visiting this branch I can tell the staff is not all on the same page and could use some protocol and customer service training.

We tried to finance a mortgage there a couple years back, but the customer service from the senior home lending advisor was slow and bad. After several months, we had to walk away.

I didn’t like customer service neither here nor on a support line.

I have been to this branch many times and Jose Guzman is the nicest banker there, he is so helpful and so kind every time, I applaud his customer service where many are lacking so much these days. The manager on the other hand is rude, snippy, has an attitude, and has no problem degrading and embarrassing her employees right in front of customers - it’s disappointing to watch and completely unacceptable.

I use this branch for business & personal banking. They have good customer service & knowledgeable tellers that remember your name/procedures and are happy to help.

One lady there was really rude. Terrible experience. Don’t go there if you are immigrants; I felt discriminated. She kept saying “Do you understand?” in a dismissive way as if I don’t speak English.

The staff are helpful and courteous, but they seem extremely understaffed for regular banking support. Everytime I go there it's about a 30 minute + wait for what should be a quick 5 minute visit. They've suggested making appointments, but they never have same day appointments available, which I occasionally need for my business banking. I've also asked the bankers if the appointments are the best way to expedite a visit and they've informed me that they are often over or double booked with the appointment windows provided online. Seems like something has got to give. Maybe consider hiring another couple of bankers.
